For me, it had to be when I defeated those damn disappearing/reappearing bricks in the first Mega Man game. Now, keep in mind I was like 6 then. But yeah, I had to pause the game and then do a little dance. Oh, and of course jump through the Boss Door. ^ .^

I did Beat Halo 1 and Halo 2 on Legendary all alone.
It wasn't that hard at all to be honest.
Not nearly as hard as beating Far Cry 1 on Realistic Mode.
Don't get me wrong, it's still hard as hell beating Halo on Legendary and I congratulate you for the feat, but compared to a lot of other shooters on the PC, it's not nearly as hard.

Beat everything in Rock Band 1/2 on expert guitar/bass. My biggest achievement there lately was getting through Painkiller without overdrive, AND 5 starring it.
This one monster in Final fantasy 10. I can't remember what it was, but my friend couldn't beat it for anything.
Too many Magic: The gathering matches to count. I've seen some crazy shit happen. The best of all is absurdly awesome comebacks.

The most hardest (AND FRUSTRATING) thing I can recall is getting all gold trophies on 150cc on Super Mario Kart for the SNES. It was such a pain in the ass cause I couldn't reach 1st place without EVERYBODY SPAMMING SHIT AT ME!!!11!!1!

And then there was Rainbow Road *twitch twitch*

I dare you to try playing through Rainbow Road without throwing your controller at the TV because chances are someone is gonna knock you off the stage leaving you with a 0.01% chance of attaining 1st place again.

I managed to beat it only due to pure dumb luck when I got a lightning bolt on the last lap.
