This is a sentence that actually makes sense in English.
If you were to write it in an easy to understand way it comes out like this:

THE buffalo FROM Buffalo WHO ARE buffaloed BY buffalo FROM Buffalo ALSO buffalo THE buffalo FROM Buffalo.

I think there is a Wikipedia article about it.
Damn! Ninja'd. I saw this while on stumble upon by the way, did you find it from there?

Oh my god, I love the Bathroom Reader books. They're so amusing.
And I don't think I can think of a sentence less used then that.
Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

Unless running from a buffalo stampede, I doubt anyone will ever use it. And yes, it is a grammatically correct sentence: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_buffalo_Buffalo_buffalo_buffalo_buffalo_Buffalo_buffalo

Being an Australian, I have to try the least-used sentence in our language:

"I like Michael Atkinson"

Australian gamers threw a parade in Michael Atkinson's honour today, after he stopped being a **** and let them get their games the way they're meant to be.

Nah, one of my friends mentioned it on MSN and I have always seemed to remember this obscure sentence. Now whether or not he found it there is another story.
