Seriously, the games are awesome. On a flight not too long ago the console in the back of the seat had pokemon on it and I was having the time of my life! Yeah the TV show was pretty wank and the sea of merchandise was overboard but the games are pretty solid IMO.

Gotta agree with this, i only watched the first season of the tv show back when i was a kid, then it just got to much, but the games are actually very well made, and i still to this day have nothing against starting up a gameboy emulator and playing through the first pokemon games, and im 19.

It aint a shooter, but he does have a point, Oblivion is superior to Fallout 3, that and its alot more original, when i played Fallout 3 i just kept laughing at everything they just copy-pasted from The Elder Scrolls series, only thing i saw that i thought was imaginative was the VATS system, which was sorta imaginative, though it did take the difficulty out of the game by allowing you to pretty much always slow down time and shoot the baddies, and once you ran out, you just spammed a couple of shots and you had full RAD again, easy as hell.
