You realize that through this "bhuddist" kind of thinking it'll just lead to the fact that if nobody can be wrong, then nobody can be right either. There would be seriously no such thing as right or wrong or whatever. I see your example of someone that is colorblind, but they themselves realize that they are colorblind though, and accept that they can't do something that others can. But really, this "bhuddist" kind of thinking will just lead to nihilism, where nothing exists at all. Yes, it is also a part of philosophy but I could say, "You are wrong and I am right," and that just means that I still win the argument through even his own standards. Suddenly philosophy debates aren't fun anymore, especially when they're not in Policy Debate...
Now this douche was definitely not a "bhuddist" because he believes in the almighty God of Christ or whatever and he called whatever philosophy thing he had "perceptionalism". Also is bhuddist just Buddhist? (PS: It might be a trick question!)
