What is the most scariest Sci-Fi Creature/Race?

So what do you think is the most scariest Sci-Fi Creature/Race?
Is it the Borg, Predators or Reapers?
Which Sci-Fi Creature/Race would you least like to meet?

I personally think Aliens are, because they are essentially drones (except the queen) and it reminds me of the buggers from Ender's Game.

Plus the face-hugger would be a shitty way to go.

Aliens because they spit acid, climb on walls and shoot giant Face-Hugger crabs that can kill you.

I'd have to agree with the Xenomorph/Alien backing. They didn't exactly scare me to see them on screen, but I know that I'd be pissing my pants if I actually encountered one or even just knew one was around.

Tyranids. It's the combination of the Flood, the Zerg and the Borg. Gestaltic hive-mind intelligence, every single member is psychic, rapid and directed evolution that constantly adapts to your weapons, tactics and even your genetic structure. What one member sees, the entire collective knows.

And when they swarm you and yoy get steamrolled, they take what is useful in your biological makeup and incorporate it. The rest of you is turned into organic paste which is then used to grow more of them. They devour entire planets free of any and all useful materials.

They are hunger incarnate.
