I once got a horribly translated version of pokemon crystal years ago and every time it would put something in the bag it would just randomly shout fuck.

So if i was putting a berry in my bag (didn't matter what berry it was they were just all berry) it would say

"bag berry FUCK"

Yeah, most funny lines from GTA games were designed to be funny.

As for one of my favorite unintentionally funny lines, it comes from Knights of the Old Republic 1. You get captured by the Sith and before they officially board your ship and take you all prisoner, you're given a chance to make plans on escape, but you need to pick someone to break the rest of the crew free. One of the possible choices is "This sounds like a job for a wookie!" This choice always got a laugh out of me, just because I can always picture Revan saying it with a rush of excitement in his/her voice, getting all pumped up at the prospect of letting his/her wookie go wild. :3
