I made my own X-men LARP with my friends, with over 50 characters created from our minds. It was fun and glorious.

Me and 2 of my friends went as star wars characters (because FUCK the bandwagon!) for the local premiere of HP: the deathly hallows, I went as some random Jedi, one of them went as Darth Vader and the other one went as Boba Fett.

We were so frigging cool. :p

I once facilitated a Pokemon trade over the chat system in World of Warcraft while listening to (what I believe was) the Professor Layton soundtrack.

I participated with the rest of the Seattle steampunk community (the Steamrats) in a calendar photoshoot at Gasworks Park. I was Mr. November, with my repainted Nerf Vulcan. This Friday we'll all be heading over to Bungie HQ in Bellevue for a photoshoot pertaining to an steampunk-themed game that they're working on.

Basic combat training for the US Army. We'd just spent the entire day learning the ins and outs of our rifles and how to fire them. Manly, manly stuff. That is also the same day I finished my matrices for our very own D&D game. No books, no table, no dice. Just me scribbling furiously in a small notebook for three days and putting scraps of paper with numbers on them in a helmet.
lol, nice to know my buddies & I weren't the only ones who did that during Basic. Some other guys in my platoon made a Chess set out of cardboard from their Corfam shoes and the black fabric pens. They'd play in the shower area of the latrine after lights-out.

Tried to explain C++ to my mother, then had an in-depth conversation about it with my father, who is an engineer.

I watched a CS finale live, airing from Dreamhack. I felt dirty. At least I wasn't actually there.

Hm...

I've joined several RP rooms on Deviantart, non of them Fan-RP's, though,
I've watched Pokemon Heroes at least seven times,
I loved the crap out of Pokemon for a solid few months, buying and beating several of the games,
I pre-ordered Pokemon Battle Revolution...just cause...
I wear Hawaiian shirts and the occasional 8-bit tie,
I use the word "snazztastic" in regular conversation,
Fluttershy is my favorite pony,
I have both the Essential Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman, two jazz/big-band artists from yesteryear,
I put on jazz once in the weight room at school, right in front of all the jocks,
I go out of my way to play Valve games...on my Mac,
I still stand by and defend Nintendo,
I have a collection of Mighty Muggs and Transformers,
I ordered a new Gamecube controlled so I could play Harvest Moon: Wonderful life, which I missed sadly,
I'm a Pro at Gitaroo man and Parappa 2,
I own a Charlie Brown alarm clock, the complete Calvin and Hobbes, and all Scott Pilgrim books,
And I just turned 15. Like, yesterday.

I have a good or bad life ahead of me.

Well, I just came back from Fanime with an Aperture Science shirt, a Zelda shirt, and a Princess Mononoke print. And I try to make at least one sci-fi reference in every school presentation I make.

Yeah, I'm a nerd. And I'm damn proud of it.
Oh, and I've made it known that I want to either LARP or play D&D. Maybe even both at the same time.

Started playing Warhammer 40k... you know, the ACTUAL thing with little plastic dudes you paint ^_^
I'm a member of the Urk Kuldar Ork Clan (Basically a larp group) and have now on several occasions charged a shield wall and rushed some romans and whatnot, beating the shit out of enemies with form swords and shields. I tend to keep that of the DL...

Also, stop playing 40k. NOW. Or you'll end up like me, hundreds of dollars later and still desperately trying to get your damn miniatures to look like the professional codex stuff. A fruitless venture...

...god I need to un-geek myself. GF's are like what in the desert...

Once while discussing with a friend the possibilities for the newest Dresden Files book, Ghost Story, I had an in depth conversation about how the main character, Harry Dresden, and another character, the Winter Fae Queen Mab, have a relationship much akin to Batman and the Joker. She found my comparison to be very acurate and my example well thought out.

I'd never felt nerdier in my life.

Nerdiest thing i have ever done? (picking up the game of MTG [Self hating magic player])

During sex (well not full coitus but in the lead in stage) I tried to jedi mind trick a girl (we still got together don't worry)

I used to wear a mad hatters hat to school all the time

I had a sword fight in the middle of china town with practice boken

I wrote an entire essay (only spose to be 2 pages went much farther than that) on the star wars movies and explained the thesis in class.

Probably the most harmful nerdy thing i have done:

I was 100% going to get with this girl, and i heard some one talking about star wars (i think about star killer, or some stupid extended universe thing) So i corrected him, explained what happened. Then capped it all off with "But it's fuckin' moot any way because the extended universe shouldn't hold up to or effect the movies. What is put into film is cannon, and all that happened in a fuckin' alternate reality any way.
"

The girl looked at me with this look that basically said "your not getting some, your never getting some, if the only way to save reality from being destroyed was you getting some then we will be destroyed. you couldn't get some if you were knee deep in horny drunk retarded sorority girls, in a prostitute hurricane, with your pants down and a hundred dollars tied around your penis." Then she stood up and walked away.

Decide to major in bio-chemical engineering at an engineering shcool on a whim and got in on the last day based on test scores alone. I just assumed they had low standards.
My roommate in college double majored in something like that. He did pre-med and i think chemical or bio-chemical engineering or studies. He was and probably still is one of the smartest people I've ever met. He's now a geneticist/hematologist (i think).

Anyway he had achondroplasia and when we played D&D he would never play as dwarves, halflings, or gnomes. Stating "i already know how to do that"

how does one 'basically' state all that information? My guess is she said "yeeeahhhh... I gotta gooo..."

Haha, nice examples. My worst thing is probably that I cannot help but go on a psychotic rant whenever I hear misinformation about Batman - which is sadly often since I'm currently involved in arranging a Superhero-themed party, and I'm the only guy who reads comic books.

I drove 80 miles with my friends to a pizza place in another city in order to watch the korean starcraft finals live at 1am. The place had a professional starcraft commentator come in and commentate the game live, and the pizza and beer flowed like wine. Twas a glorious night, though sadly the matches ended all too fast because JaeDong couldn't get his shit together.
The fact that this sounds wonderful tells me I'll never be a normal person

I go LARPing once a week, and go out of my way to build new weapons to use on the field.

If not enjoying that means I would be "normal" then I never want to be normal.
