Mine originated from when I was reading about dimensions and the multi verse theory, so I got Dimensional Vortex as a name for a vortex in a dimension. In my mind the vortex in the first dimension was of a centripetal force pulling towards it debris and other things. While on the other side of the vortex there is a centrifugal force expelling all the matter into the new dimension or universe.

And that is how I got my username, I was just thinking about that and I thought "A Dimensional Vortex like that would be so good!" So thats my username now.

My username came from when I was a young lad who played good ol' pen and paper DnD and I had two charactes, a wizard, and a paladin. My friend played a chaotic neutral bard who did not mesh particularly well with my paladin so before we would play he'd ask if I was gonna play my Paladork, and for some reason I liked the name and it seemed to stick

My screenname is essentially a reverse misspelling of my real name, Andrew.

My avatar is derived from Circle of Dead Children's Psalm of the Grand Destroyer album, cropped down to the grim reaper.

My screen name bears no significant meaning, originating from some half-baked role playing justification for an organization in an MMO and the saying "Never Cry Wolf". In the end, I thought it sounded cool and in the majority of sites I frequented it's original.

The avatar is from Caprica, the tragically canceled spin off of Battlestar Galactica that was much better than it's progenitor, and is Zoe Graystone as she appears on the "Avenging Angels" shirts on the show. While it's not particularly great representative for my identity online I really liked Zoe and loved the show.

My wife and I were trying to come up with something catchy for my Warcraft account name. She rattled this off the top of her head and it just stuck. This was....eh...5 or 6 years ago and I almost always use this or variations on it if it's taken. Like Hiphoppington. That's the classy version.

As for my avatar, it's the Yellow Sign. I would argue most all fans of the cthulhu mythos would know it.

Well, my username started out as a username in my Runescape days and it stuck.

My Neko is actually a character I based off myself called "The Neko" (catchy!) in a comic I made up. http://cool-welshy.deviantart.com/gallery/23555084#/d2bfhkp

My Avatar was just because when I made this account I really liked Gurren Lagann and can't be arsed to change it. My user name is from something that a wizard says in Raymond E Feist's book Magician, he uses Gods and Fishes in the same way that most people would say damn or blast (even though he only says it once in the whole book).

And my username... I like alliterative names beginning with M for some reason.

At the time of the creation of my username, I stood at...5'1. (I am 5'8 now :D) Understandably, that was my one defining characteristic.
My dp comes from Scott Pilgrim. I have a whole bunch of other pics, but this was the only one that fit.
