What is the scariest game of all time?

Personally, my top three are Scratches, Silent Hill 2, and Fatal Frame 2. Just want to see what the public thinks.

Fatal Frame.. That's Project Zero in PAL, isn't it?
And for me, it would have to be Aliens Vs Predator 2, playing as the marine. Only game to truly creep me out. Can't wait for Colonial Marines.

Another game that I found rather unsettling and the atmosphere spooky was Killer7.
I know I'll probably get laughed at, but the way the Heavenly Smile laugh, makes my skin crawl.

While I think on scariest game, here's a game that had me so jumpy I almost killed my cat. Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. It deserves its reputation because, while it isn't terrifying, it really burrows into your psyche and messes with your nerves.
