The Master: So it came to pass, that the human race fell... and the Earth was no more. And I looked down upon my new dominion, as Master of all, and I thought it... good

Davros: Across the entire universe, never stopping, never faltering, never fading. People and planets and stars will become dust. And the dust will become atoms and the atoms will become... nothing. And the wavelength will continue, breaking through the rift at the heart of the Medusa Cascade into every dimension, every parallel, every single corner of creation. This is my ultimate victory, Doctor! The destruction of reality itself!

The Doctor: [cold and triumphant] For a long time now, I thought I was just a survivor, but I'm not. I'm the winner! That's who I am: the Time Lord Victorious!
Adelaide: And there's no one to stop you...
The Doctor: No!
Adelaide: [disgusted] This is wrong, Doctor! I don't care who you are: the Time Lord Victorious is wrong!
The Doctor: [arrogantly] That's for me to decide.

For me the last one creep's me out the worst, the Doctor goes off the deep end for a little bit in changing history and not giving a shit about it.

From this Courage the Cowardly Dog episode that you know totally creeped you the fuck out.
i watched that when i was a kid, god knows how it didnt give me nightmares
AAGH! AAAAGH! AAAGH! Why did you have to remind me of that?! I had an irrational fear of being stalked by a Mummy for weeks after watching that episode! Please don't attack me with the plagues of Egypt, King Ramses. I'll give it back. I swear! T_T

Alright, though, other than that, I have a couple of suggestions (because I watch way too many movies):

"You weren't supposed to help her."

"They're here."

"Is it safe?"

Or, shall we go with the old classic, "We've traced the call. It's coming from inside the house."

The last line in this story:
A girl is sitting at home alone, watching TV, when an emergency broadcast comes on. A serial killer has escaped from prison. She tehn looks out her tall glass doors.
The killer is standing there.
She quickly picks up the phone, ready to dial 911, when she looks at him again.
He's closer to the house now, but there's no footprints in the snow. she then drops the phone in fear of what she just figured out.
The man isn't outside.
It's his reflection.
I read through seven pages of this thread and only this one sent a chill down my spine.

I can't seem to find the quote I was looking for, but this one will do. It's the ending to a short story called The Weekender:

"Then what do you want?" I shouted. "Tell me." Trying to bust through that tape. And as he unfolded my Buck knife with a click I was thinking of something I told him.

Oh, man, no...Oh, no

"Yeah, being blind, I guess. That'd be the worst thing I could think of"

"What're you going to do?"
"What'm I going to do, Jack?" Weller said. He cut the last bit of tape off his wrists with the Buck then looked up at me. "Well, I'll tell you. I spent a good bit of time tonight proving to you that you shouldn't kill me. And now..."

"What man, WHAT?"

"Now I'm going to spend a good bit of time proving to you that you should've."

Then, real slow, Weller finished his Scotch and stood up. And he walked toward me, that weird little smile on his face.

Now I've never played either System Shock game, but to hear "I am SHODAN" with no knowledge of context or implication and have it still make me shiver is an accomplishment to itself.

From music, I'm gonna go with "Salvation lies behind those dead eyes that watch you while you sleep every night".
From literature, "But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved Big Brother."
And I guess from film, maybe "Pain has a face; allow me to show it to you. Gentlemen...I...AM...PAIN".

Terribly sorry, all this exposure to the internet is making me assume that most people are idiots, it is good to find that you are so thoroughly educated on the matter, have a nice day!

This this, oh FUCK THIS! I had finally forgotten that episode! Dammit!

When I first saw this episode I started getting paranoid over every little sound, and I would constantly look out my window, just to see if Ramses was out there. What's worse is the the camera would be in random locations when it cut to him! Sometimes it would be close up, sometimes it would be farther back.

At least he had his funny moments...
"Oh coooome ooon."

OT: "Behind you~"
You know some freaky shit is going on behind your back when you hear this. You don't want to turn around, so you don't. But the mystery just freaks you out more.

EDIT: Oh, and this:

"Azula always lies...Azula always lies!"
Just...
That creeped me the fuck out. Cookie for the reference. This should be easy.

"He made me watch... as he sucked the meat off my fingers... he made me watch... he... made... me... WATCH"
-Lucille, Sin City

Not just well scripted but also excellently delivered. Truly disturbing.

"....but now, it's time for your real purpose. Don't disappoint me, or I'll make you wish you could die."

- GLaDOS; Portal 2

Seriously...I got chills at the end of that trailer.

That and of course, this:

Ah, The Shining, good choice OP.

For me it's also from the shining, in the scene where Jack is talking to the butler in the bathroom ol' Jeeves says that someone is going to come to spoil Jack's "Punishment" of his "Disrespectful" wife and son. He asks who...

"A cook, a [nasty word for African Americans] cook"

Not only is it kind of shocking to see that word used in a serious context but the build-up and the delivery had me scared straight when he said it. Their conversation starts out normal and kind of joking, then by the end they're deadly serious.

Heres a story from good ol' www.creepypasta.com

"Don?t dismiss this outright as the work of some raving lunatic. There?s some sense to this story, if you?ll just hear me out?

Look, we all wonder if time travel is possible, right? Well, let me tell you something? it is. I?m from the future, actually. I know you probably don?t believe that, but seriously, I?m from the future. It?s a really great thing; getting to see the past, watching events unfold? stuff like that. We know more now than we ever would.

Behind all the fun, though, there?s a more serious aspect. We aren?t supposed to go in our own lifetime, and we are NEVER allowed to contact our past selves. Let me tell you, I?m breaking that rule right now. Yes, kid, you?re talking to yourself. Your future self. I?m going to be executed for this, but you know what? I accept that. I?m preventing something by talking to you that is WORSE than death. I can?t tell you outright what to do, because the filters would catch it. This is the closest I can get, trust me. I can, however, send a little message.

You should probably read the first word of every paragraph, now."

Where's that from? It sounds awesome.
I don't know its true origin but I saw it here on the escapist forums 4-8 months ago and it stuck in my mind....
