What is the strangest achievment you have ever unlocked?

Strangest one I've seen is "Irony" in Bioshock.

However another strange one is falling a certain number of feet in Portal.

Edit: I also really liked the "Sweet Escape" one for Mirror's Edge (where you have to show the F*** Off two-finger salute).

Probably from Half-Life 2: "Defiant" and "Submissive", awarded for either putting a dropped tin can into a trash can, or hitting a cop in the face with it.

Had he not had them already, my younger brother would have gotten Defiant and Submissive simultaneously. He bounced the can off the Combine and into the can.

I liked the Best Friends Forever by Killing 100 EDF with a sledge hammer in Red Faction. Also the Friends With Benefits from Gears Of War 2.

well don't own an 360 yet but I have unlocked achievements on my friends 360.
and the strangest one I've unlocked was probably the one in dead rising where you put masks on zombies....funny to watch them waddle around with a horse head on their head haha.

Little rocket man and The one free bullet.

I did those both on the same day (Lrm on my first playthrough through Hl2 ep.2). They were more annoying then tough. Especially the chopper level since the gnome would launch me into the air and kill me every time I got out to get him inside the car. The one free bullet was annoying for well...the ENTIRE GAME. Especially since I didn't get my Wacking stic-I mean crowbar until halfway through the game.

FrontLine: Fuel of War's achivement "Noob". It's worth 0gs and you get it by killing yourself 10 times in one match. Easy to get when flying the jet for the first time.

Definitely Little Rocket Man, if that's what it's called. Where you have to carry a little ceramic gnome from the beginning of the game and chuck it into a rocketship near the end.

I'd have to say "It's-a-me!" from Mirror's Edge was the strangest. When I pulled it off (without knowing there was an achievement) I was thinking it was a pretty bad-ass way to take someone out. Then the game agreed with me and gave me an achievement.

Actually, those are my favorite sort of achievements - the ones where it seems the game is recognizing a notable feat and not simply giving you the points because you played the game for a few minutes.

Whilst I don't have it (or, indeed, the game) Left 4 Dead has the most meta achievement ever. Zombie Genocidest. Kill 53595 zombies. Why 53595? It's one more than Dead Rising's Zombie Genocider achievement.

The joke resides in the name.

Dead Rising's Zombie Genocider (kill 53595) and L4D being "more", with the achievement Zombie Genocidest (superlative, anyone?) awarded by killing 53595+1 = 53596.

I bet that there will be some sort of pun in DR2 and L4D2.
