I will admit that I am not one to be a total ***** in morality games and do things like shoot an innocent little rabbit, but I had been playing the game for a few hours and was quickly becoming bored.

Well from what I've gather there are rather a lot of secret achievements that the developers just sort of throw in there for their own (and your) entertainment. I remember hearing about someone on the forums getting one for killing themselves an exceptional amount of times in FEAR. All the weirdest ones are not listed in the achievements lists.
Achievement unlocked. You discovered Fightgarr's stupid gimmick.

The Menace to Society Achievement from Fable 2. You have to strip down to your underwear and use the Vulgar Thrust expression on someone. Right before I got it I was talking to friends on Live. I told them I was going to strip naked and go hump someone. 10 seconds later: "Hey! I got an achievement!"

And the other day my brother got an achievement in Saints Row II where you sing along to the radio, but he was actually singing along to Take on Me, and he was kinda frightened when an achievement popped up actually believing there was a mike in the xbox.

Whilst I don't have it (or, indeed, the game) Left 4 Dead has the most meta achievement ever. Zombie Genocidest. Kill 53595 zombies. Why 53595? It's one more than Dead Rising's Zombie Genocider achievement.

The joke resides in the name.

Dead Rising's Zombie Genocider (kill 53595) and L4D being "more", with the achievement Zombie Genocidest (superlative, anyone?) awarded by killing 53595+1 = 53596.

I bet that there will be some sort of pun in DR2 and L4D2.

Zombie Geoncider is actually 53594 (the population of the town shown on the road sign in the intro). Hence L4D's being 53595.

Trail of Corpses in Prototype is 53596.

Probably Chicken kicker just because I didn't expect to get it. Some of the explosive related challenges in Cod4 ere just a pain. Also the jumping through the merchant stalls one in Assassins Creed, another I din't see coming.

I punched some CPF Riot Cop and took his shotgun, and then used that same shotgun to shoot another one of his comrades.

What I don't get is why I only get that award for doing that for the 133678th time and if they are making a nod to Rainbow Six 3 (that one British dude who says that everytime he caps someone).

If its the latter, then that's pretty awesome.

Anyone who carries that stupid bastard through 5 levels, two of them vehicle sections, one with a goddamn chopper on your arse, deserves that goddamn achievement.

I'm proud to say, I'm among the select few whores who were anal enough to get that little bastard on the rocket.

Amen to that! The car chase down the railway tracks with the chopper hot on your heels? That was just ridiculous!

It didn't help that the gnome seemed to be able to no-clip through the car. (He kept falling out!!!)

Most of the TF2 achievements are ridiculously impossible. I have yet to meet anyone who has killed someone while underwater, let alone twenty! But I did lol at the 'Flaming Rocketjump Soldier'.
