What is the stupidest thing you've done [In a game]?

Once when I played the minecraft 1.9 pre release 5 on hardcore mode this basicly mean that when you die, you delete the world.
so one day really late in the game, I had potions, enchantment table and a giant abandon mineshaft. I was going to get some potion ingredients in the nether and I realised I was low on arrows, so I needed flint. I took a stack of gravel and made like a 30 block tall one block wide tower then I thought to myself "wow, this will drain my spade like fuck, perhaps I should find another way to do this" "hey, I could just jump down and put a torch under the tower to destroy it, then harvest the remains" "why don't I just jump down in the little pond below me?" "that looks far away, but I will probably make it" I didn't -.- STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!

Arkham City: Starting the game on Easy, meaning I'll have to finish the game on this difficulty AND Normal difficulty before I unlock New Game +. /facepalm

Umm....I'm not quite sure. Maybe deleting my 100% clear save Data from Sonic Advance 3. I don't know WHY the hell I did that. All those STUPID lost chao..... >_<

I do know what one of my friend's stupidest moments was, though.

Picture this: One friend introduced him to Doom 3. He was wandering around the starting area, and then just started to punch the air for no particular reason. Continuously. And then a red barrel came into view. He punched it. He panicked, realizing that it was explosive, and reflexively punched it again. BOOM.

Dead. Before the first monster had even raised its head. We all laughed our asses of at him.

I've done a lot of stupid things in games. I don't think it's possible to narrow it down to one crowning achievement of stupid. That's going through years of me doing really stupid things.

Most recent was me jumping into the inside of the pantheon for a mission in AC:B, thinking I could make it.
Why did I do that?

man, i don't like halo wars, or any halo, but that game gets slaughtered on the escapist. probably deserves it. I won't even touch it. who's idea was it to but an rts on a console?

When blizzard made "Starcraft 64" and watched it fail horrifically that should have been the end of all console based RTS's, but no. We then proceeded to see Halo and the Command and Conquer series jump onto the bandwagon ..... -_-
