what is the stupidist reason you've been kicked/banned from something?

When I first started playing TF2, I didn't know that the people who had BIG bolded chat were the admins. During one game session, one of them was dropping the N-word, F-word (the gay stereotype, not the swear) and other racist crap. So, me being new I told him to stop being a racist asshole, to which I was promptly booted. Never went back to that server.

A few years back, I used to play Counter-Strike a lot together with a friend of mine, and we were getting banned from almost every server we tried to play on, on accusation that we were using hacks - we weren't. Every now and again, an admin would drop all pretensions, and straight-up tell us to fuck off.
While we were getting an odd sense of pride from essentially being banned for how skilled we were, it was equally frustrating as well, not to mention unfair.

can't remember the game but i remember playing a CTF gamemod and was kicking the others team's arse, then i was banned because it was an exp server. so they wern't actually playing, they just wanted to level up.

I got kicked off the chat during Desert Bus 2010 for no reason. I couldn't even rejoin because the chat server filled up. I raged quitted.

the chat went down a few times, it may of been that. Or it might of been during one of the auctions where people didn't realise theres a seperate place for that.

It was during the quieter times where it was simply banter and talkiness. Nothing strctured actually happening. I had nothing to say in chat so I never got the prompt to sign in (it doesn't prompt you inless you try to speak). I got kicked because I was annonymous 5546538548 or something. I actually used the link given on the blog/escapist miniarticle to access the chat so... not my fault.

Back when I played WoW, I got kicked for doing a ready check. The healer went afk for something, 5 minutes later I initiate a ready check.

Next thing I notice: You have been kicked from the group. I messaged one of the people in the group (a guildie) and they said that's why they kicked me.

EDIT: I've also been reported on LoL several times for "feeding", when I had no deaths(or only a few due to early game deaths or team mates actually feeding). And me and my friends are trying to see if this works to get a temp ban. Every game we report each other for "Unskilled Player"

I got kicked from a MWII game for getting the nuke in about a minute..no more than 2 minutes. the thing is, I was using a silenced assault rifle, and the enemy team was stupid enough for all of them to be aiming at generally the same area. I was able to get my predator missile, then my helicopter, then finally my nuke.

I usually go by the name "Lesbian Pony Armageddon", and some DoD:S had an admin (who was about 12 by the sounds of him) that thought my name was offensive and requested I change it. A bunch of 20-30-year-olds started backing him up at this point. Needless to say, I'd never been so confused and asked him what he was on about, eventually I was kicked and decided to leave it on 'LPA' for a while for sake of it being the only populated DoD:S with low enough ping to play on at the time... strange.

Well, I was banned a few times on the Official Halo Wars site years back.

After spending three years on the forum, greatly anticipating the game and finally getting it, I was disappointed by it.

Naturally, I went to complain about it on the forum. But not in the "It is terrible, kill yourselves" type of a way.

I pointed out many game play flaws and general clashes with canon it had, and a few members didn't like that I was badmouthing it.

I politely argued with them about how I felt, and they continued to insult me.

A mod banned me from the forum, but not them, which I always thought was strange.

I've been temp banned from quite a few servers, usually for arguing with admins. Particularly over rules I consider unfair or too ambiguous. I also regularly receive 10-15 minute bans from my own servers because my clan mates are dicks to me

Doomworld Forums - Banned from every forum 'cept the "losers" forum permanently for saying that I didn't like Action Doom 2. I didn't know Scuba Steve was a big baby who banned if ONE person didn't like one of his maps, and it didn't even matter what I said - tons of people were raving over it.

Some feminist blog whose name I can't remember - Setting gender to "Male." Thankfully this wasn't a very respected feminist blog, I'm still welcome at the more respectable ones.

Oh I get kicked on Combat Arms all the time: hackusations, using double double barrels, being a "semi noob" (aka as using a Dragunov) finding loop holes in the E-mods rules and being a smartass in general, and killing the E-mod.

I once got banned from either a Desert Combat modded Battlefield 1942 or a Battlefield 2 map for no-scoping a pilot in a jet, completely by chance. Why he thought I'd post "Jesus Christ did anyone see that?!" in the chat afterwards if I was cheating still confuses me.
