Meet the Spartans is the worst mainstream movie I've ever seen. Written by the 4 unfunny writers of the Scream franchise.

My ex-girlfriend's brother was in a college produced short film I forget the name of, and it was easily the worst piece of drek I've ever seen. If I wasn't supporting her brother for being in it, I would have walked out and demanded my money back. It was sooooo bad. He was pretty good in it, but the project on the whole was just terrible.

Dune.
HAHA, no, I'm kidding. I actually love David Lynch. Birdemic would be the worst 'film' I've ever seen. Oh if only it was a comedy, and maybe the unintentional hilarity of the film would be positive. While I'm here I may as well mention I really, really hate The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus. Terry Gilliam, what happened to you?

Batman returns. The one with The Peguin and Catwoman. The worst Batman film ever made IMO.
Are you trolling us? You are, right? Yeah you must be. That or you haven't seen the other batman films? Two face and Mr.freeze etc? No but the classic dark atmospheric Batman with penguin was the worse? Cause I am a little concerned about your choice lol

Anyway off my head my choice would be one of those American Pie movie, after the first 3 installments which I find pretty bad as it is.

Battle for LA.

I saw it a few weeks back with my wife, and we usually will natter about a movie for a few days after we see it. Yes, even Skyline. Which I think is a drastically underrated movie.

But sweet Jesus .. Battle for LA ??

About 5 days later, my wife said 'We haven't talked about that movie ... ' and I nodded, and said 'Well ... there's nothing to say.'

Fucking. Trash.

Take that budget, and please ... just go save some pandas or starving African children or some shit. That was fucking horrible. Michelle Rodriguez is really hit and miss ... but frankly, I forgot she was even in the movie, it made that little of an impression on me.

The next day I watched Black Death, the film with Sean Bean as a ruthless witch hunter. Now THAT was shit to remember. Goddamn .... like Inglorious Bastards meets Flesh+Blood...

EDIT: Sorry ... spelling mistake. Inglorious 'Basterds'. As a side note, I remember Tarantino saying smugly he chose that spelling, but that he wouldn't say why and that if you didn't understand the reference you were retarded. Well, call me retarded. What's the reference? Why is 'basterds' spelt incorrectly??

EDIT EDIT: Oh, next post gave me a memory. Alien vs Predator; especially #2. Insult to theatrics since the DAWN OF TIME. Irony is, AvP 2 was made by the guys who did Skyline, if I recall correctly.

Either Predator 2 (1990) -snip-
Butbutbut, Predator 2 was really good!

OT: Alien vs. Hunter (an Asylum knockbuster) was pretty abysmal, as was Uwe Boll's Blubberella. The movie I've hated the most in recent memory, however, was Hellraiser: Revelations.

I'd have to say Birdemic. I personally could do better acting, writing, audio, camerawork, editing, and special effects than were showcased in that movie. I mean I've seen some horrible movies but at least they could be said to have tried ...

I think it's safe to say House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim.

One of those 'its so good its funny' ones. I've actually seen it a few times with diffrent circles of friends and gotten happiness out of it though.

Starship Troopers 3.

Loved the first Starship Troopers, Starship Troopers 2 was watchable but not as good and Starship Troopers 3 was just fucking awful.

Curse of the Wolf: a movie about werewolves set to awful metal music with the obligatory sex scenes. Horrid transformation scenes due to poor lighting and no plot to speak of. It's not even so bad it's good.

"Reine och Mimmi i fjällen." Swedish movie. It's a spinoff of some popular Swedish soap opera I never watched.

The Box. That is one horrible movie. In every conceivable way it's just plain wrong. The concept raises an interesting moral question then stupidly blunders all over it, before throwing nonsensical crap around. This one is definitely "So bad it's horrible"
Yeah, they really fucked that concept up :S
But come one people, we're talking about BAD MOVIES!

I know a lot, but one of the worst is SNAKEMAN, see this DVD cover?

Yeah? Well, the picture creates the illusion that there may be, in a dark evil jungle, a creature so HORRIBLE that it can't even stand daylight...

SUPRISE, there isn't A THING RELATED TO A SNAKEMAN IN THIS MOVIE!
It's about a fucking snake, (Anaconda style, with Jennifer Lopez, tag line: 'When you can't breathe, you can't scream :p) with retractable fangs that make a swordclinching sound whenever it attacks.

Horrible.
Here's the trailer:

I guess I'd have to say Limitless. Haven't seen it, but as the whole point of the movie is based on a really stupid myth, it lists as a shitty movie. I study biological psychology so I can in no way sit down and enjoy that movie.
Also IT.

Oh man. Oh man oh man oh man. I have seen a lot of shit, it comes with the territory of being "A, B, and even Z-Grade horror nerd so hardcore he collects giant VHS boxes filled with trashy movies". The funny thing is, the movie I hold the most scorn and disgust for isn't the "worst" movie I've seen in terms of technicalities, it's well shot enough but in a way that detriments it even further. The film is "Chaos." I'm not offended easily, but the way it glorifies rape and torture as "cool" and "badass" and somehow manages to turn the already pretty unpleasant "Last house on the left" (of which Chaos is more or less a remake of) into one of the most soulless, cruel, and disgusting films out there. It's not bombastic enough to enrage people quite like say, a Serbian film (Haven't seen it, don't want to.) plus it's relatively little known, but those who have seen it tend to agree with my feelings.

God there's just too many!!!

Obvious ones would be any live action street fighter movie or dbz movie.

Paranormal Activity was probably the most dissapointed i've been in a movie, nothing fucking happens!! I had problems not falling asleep.
Now the one i just found to be cess was Paul. There was SO many stars in it, and they could of made it awesome. Yet instead decided to focus on the brit guys relationship then the actual alien!!!

And common guys zombie strippers, zombieland, superbad, juno! If those are the worst movies you guys have seen i envy you.
