Drowning in human waste. And say that's stupid and never happened to anyone, talk to a medieval cesspit cleaner. Yikes.
Pissing on an electrical outlet. Why you would do that I have no clue, but it would deffinetly suck.

"Wet" drowning, just the thought of water pouring into your lungs is horrible, yes I said wet there are four types of drowning.
"Dry" drowning is basically suffocation, water doesn't enter the body until after you die.
"Silent" drowning is after a heart attack or stroke, basically unconscious "wet" drowning.
"Secondary" drowning, after nearly "wet" drowning, water remains in the lungs and up to 3 days later clogs up your lungs killing you. Actually, this one is worst, just nature being cruel, being saved then dying 3 days later :\

I just saw this and it sounds like one of the most painful ways to go.
