mine has got to be Red Faction Guerilla, never got tired of smashing buildings with the hammer or blowing stuff up! or Oblivion just cos its soo...bloody....addictive....in a good way :D
I found Oblivions so dull, it was good at first but it just got so boring. Also the way you character moves in 3rd person was a joke. I couldn't be bothered to get past the nonsense of; will you help us? Yea if you close the Oblivion gate which you had to do for each and every town!

Battlefield Bad Company is probably one of mine, that or Batman Arkham Asylum.

Probably Crackdown, playing coop is some of the most fun I have ever had in a game even if it was relatively short-lived.

FEAR
Condemned: Criminal Origins - I have probably replayed this game like six times it is so awesome.
L4D - Was playing this all the way up to the point L4D2 was released. L4D2 is way better, but I haven't played it much yet.
Battlefield Bad Company - Tied with Killzone 2 as my favorite online multiplayer game ever, I have played this game more than any game I own on 360.

There are a few.

Halo 3 - Boring campaign but I love the multiplayer.

Lost Odyssey - It made me feel almost every emotion. Especially frustration but finishing the game was worth it all.

Oblivion - Crazy replay value.

Mass Effect - It just has a story that I can't get tired of.

Left 4 Dead (my brother's getting 2 for Christmas).

There is nothing more rewarding when you leap onto an unsuspecting survivor and pull their nipples off, and it excites me in ways I should probably tell my therapist about.

Also, epic instant kill spots with smokers that leave survivors wonderng "should I just kill him and end it for my partner, or go on ahead, knowing that her fate has already been sealed?" just fill me with pride.

And of course, falling from 50 feet and using your explosion to cover all 4 survivors in "stuff" is definitely good for a "knee-slapping" laugh.

As is using the Incredible Hulk to knock survivors off of a building into their deaths 2000 feet bellow.

My favorite thing is that when I play as a human, I know that I'm good at the game because
A) My Infected and Special Infected number of kills are usually double that of 2nd and 3rd Players,
B)Whenever I die, my team mates usually don't last much longer after that. Maybe a minute or 2,
and C) (probaly because of A an B) My partners instictively come back to save me whenever I get attacked and seperated.

That just adds icing to the cake.

Mass Effect. The single greatest game I have ever played this generation.
I'm going to pre-order the Mass Effect 2 collector's edition.

Batman: Arkham Asylum.

As both a gamer and a big comic book nerd, it satisfying to see someone mix multiple aspects of Batman into a game that was satisfying, invigorating, and didn't even had a decent story. I've played it at least four times now and screwed around with challenge modes and it never stops being fun.

Borderlands, by far. I have had so much fun with it!
.. :( Should I get borderlands..? I don't like games with a cap though..Not unless the end game is also fun, but that isn't true, from what I've heard.

OT: Erm. I think. Damn, it was one of those that was out thwne the 360 first came out too. The protagonist was a fairy, who could morph into many different monsters. Boy, it was fun ): I've never owned a 360, but I think I spent more time on my friend's one than he ever did.
