What is your excuse for team killing?

I only usually team kill when the people on my team are inconceivably crap at the game or do idiotic things such as lie down in a doorway or choke point so nobody else can get past, or when my team consists of screaming retards hurling random insults about just to pretend they actually have a pair.

I have a six year old on my team *Halo, COD4, cough-cough*. They get in my way and then yell at me or boot me. I am straight, and my mother ain't fat.
So damn funny. I think line of fire is good, except if you are playing an fps, say CS:S, and your team is rushing and some f**khead, for better use of the word, sits back and awps while trying to shoot in between team mates. This never ends well.

No reason, I just like doing things like that [/Warriors] [seriousness]unless it's in a game with only friends of mine I don't do it, even if someone's in the way I prefer to just yell at them for sucking [/seriousness]

It's usually by accident, but I think MGO handles team killing nicely.

If you hit one of your teammates, wether it be by accident or on purpose, your gun stops working saying "SOP Friendly Fire System" causing you to not be able to fire anymore, so you're punished. Another option would be if you kill a team member you die also.

But it's still possible to team kill, headshotting or if the friend barely has any health left.

Usually it is in retaliation to someone else's team kill. But sometimes the wrong person will walk into an ambush and BLAM. Sorry.

The only time I (mostly) teamkill is when the bastard's a team killer himself or doing some other thing like cheating or screwing around and screwing other people up or whatever.

I'll admit that there is the occasional time I just screw around and kill some team mates, but almost never. I hate teamkillers, and I try not to be one.

Except the accidents of course. Which aren't common either, since I'm always so good at the games and in control of my shots.

Either its a legitamate accident or for TKing me on purpose without a reason. I played a game of V.I.P. in Halo 3 today and was the first V.I.P. two guys on my team had the brilliant idea to right off the bat team kill me, needless to say they were booted very fast.

It's usually on accident when I'm not playing with friends. On Halo 3 I was in a banshee and there were three of my teammates in a warthog. There was another teammate standing near it, and there was one enemy really close to the warthog. I saw the enemy first and wasn't paying attention so my instinct was to fire a banshee bomb... 4 teammates killed at once.

They either really annoy me, or its an accident

But I only play on a few games which have team killing as an option and then only the odd server that has the option enabled

Spychecking!

But no... I haven't played any game in yonks with friendlyfire. And by that, I mean I haven't played any multiplayer games besides TF2 for months.

With me ti usually a case of bad bounce with a grenade, or bad choice of a Air strike spot.

of course the twitch fire with a sniper happens often as well.

Most of the time, I end up on a server with friendly-fire one, and I'm twitchy, with the usual results. sometimes though, I'll end up on a rockets-only match, or some other kind of explosive. Now, I can't aim for shit with those things, so I end up killing a team mate and enemy at the same time.

In single player though, it's just for shits and giggles. Unfortunately, in COD4, you have to be creative in you method of TKing.
