Although I might be mixing this quote up from the one he does during his special.

I'm pretty sure he says "Sono mama shine" too at some point though....

However, my favorite battlecry is nonverbal. My favorite battlecry is silence, moving with a slow, methodical gait towards the enemy. If they fire, we simply walk over the bodies, forever keeping the disturbing quiet in the air. And as we attack, the only sounds will be the screams of our enemies, the tromp of our boots, and the sound of our guns.

Except that Palpatine is old and REALLY weak in that game. Sure, he can do the Force Combo Cheat of Force Choke+Force Lightning, but so can Dooku who is faster, stronger and more likely to survive and encounter with a certain Wookie.

But then again, we're not talking about character prowess. We're talking about kickass battlecries and mottos.
