for me its a choice between FFX opening scene (sins attack on zanarkand)
just because its so pretty and epic and it sets the stage perfectly

or halo wars second to last scene when forge and the spartans are defending the power core from the elites and the arbiter
just because its so cool to see the spartans in action finally

or borderlands when they introduce "nine toes ( also he has 3 balls )"
just because its one of the most hilarious introductions EVER

After watching it again, I feel I should point out it's only REALLY good after about halfway through.
