I'd say In Flames - Satellites and Astronauts or The Answer - Highwater and Hell for the moment.

Opeth's "Confrontation", Children of Bodom's "Blooddrunk", In This Moment's "The Great Divide" and "Ashes". Those are awesome.

Oh boy, tough one, so many favorite bands...Nightwish, Therion, Apocalyptica, Darkseed, Epica, Lacuna Coil, Poisonblack, Within Temptation, Coronatus, Blind Guardian, Beautiful Sin, Sirenia, Tristania, L'Âme Immortelle...but I think Nightwish comes out on top always.

My favorite song, at the moment, though is Tender Trip On Earth by Tristania
