What is your favorite "new" show?

Alot of people have been saying that tv is just not the same as it used to be with all this Disney/Nick Teen bullshit and the hundreds of reality shows. But what shows do you love that have been released recently? ( By recently I mean in this decade)

I would have to say Avatar: the Last Air Bender is one of the greatest animated shows ever. Though the plot is kind of cliche, the characters are relatable and creative, the action is adrenaline packed, and some plot twist will pull your mind apart.

Some other awesome shows of late are Kick Buttowski, Spartacus,Fanboy and ChumChum, and...damn...thats not that many.

How I met your mother. That show is absolutely hilarious. House is also another favourite of mine. T.V. is as good as it has ever been, people just like look at past programmes through nostalgia goggles and convince themselves that 'their' shows were better than those shows watched by the 'others'.

Not exactly a new show but the last couple of seasons are great and it's one of few shows that improves as time passes.

Dexter... I fucking love Dexter. Watched 1st and 2nd series on DVD over the last two weeks and I really, really, really love it.

Dexter, again. Cannot beat a show where the main character is himself a serial killer ... and yet no one wants him to get caught.

I'm also a bit of a fan of Flashforward. It had a slow start, but after it's mid-season hiatus it's really picked up again. It's not the most brilliant show ever created, but I see no reason for it to be cancelled (so says the internet, anyway)

Edit: I reckon you hurry up and watch seasons 3 and 4 very quickly before anyone ruins them for you, trust me on this

I highly recommend it if you are into the terminator 'verse.

I highly recommend it if you are into the terminator 'verse.

They canceled that show? YES! Finally! That show was an abortion... there's no bigger Terminator fan than I, and that show was a travesty to 'canon.'

I'm partial to House (Which I'm actually watching season one of now), though its not new. Venture Bros is newer, and the Big Bang Theory is pretty good.
