From Silver: Tyranitar. And my Totodile evolutions .
Crawdaunt and Caturne from Ruby.
Chimchar to Infernape, Ramparos and Mismagius from Pearl.
Garchomp and Darkrai are fairly awesome too.

However, topping all of those...
The Butterfree. In the Yellow version I had a lvl 100 Butterfree and nothing else, which would routinely slaughter absolutely everything.
