Questionable Content and Least I could Do are both at my top, Looking For Group and 8 Bit Theater would be if they would update more then once every week or so, also in Looking For Group it has been rather had to find anything funny, they need more Richard.

No mentions of Dinosaur Comics [http://www.qwantz.com/index.php]!? Why not? It's my favourite, IMO it's the most consistently amusing, intelligent, witty, interesting, and all with using the same old lo-fi images every day.

XKCD is also good. Ditto Wondermark. I don't think Penny Arcade has been up to much for the last few years but it still has its moments.

EDIT:

Oh! Forgot to mention Pictures for Sad Children [http://www.picturesforsadchildren.com/]. Probably the most depressing webcomic ever... but also one of the most interesting.

My tops ones would be XKCD and The Adventures of Dr.McNinja, they rarely fail at humor and update fairly often.

Others would be:Questionable Content,it's really funny and updates consistently, Captain SNES is always good for a laugh but like VG cats is pretty bad about updating and if they count Jabberwocky's dissections of Chick tracts are funny as hell when he doesn't start ranting.

Also P3FTW an awesome affectionate parody comic of P3FES which has finished up the main game earlier this month and may be hitting the Answer on the the 31.

You would think that but he keeps coming out with about one a week, plus it's the only one he does that's worth anything so I doubt be will stop doing it

QC and OOTS are among my favourites, along with Least I Could Do, Looking For Group, Dominic Deegan, 8-Bit Theater(this won't stop just because the main story's done, there'll be some random thing that'll happen now, probably involving the destruction of some civilization or other) and How I Killed Your Master.

Well

Questionable Content
XKCD
Order Of The Stick
Anders Loves Maria (stopped because I couldn't go 10 strips without getting really depressed)

Thats about it, OOTS is really slow to update but I have no reason to complain, at least its getting written. (and written well)

Let's see, according to my bookmarks I read;

Cyanide & Happiness
Housepets!
Penny Arcade
The Katbox (3 in 1 website)
Twokinds
VG Cats
XKCD
The Phoenix Requiem
Inhuman
Concession
Skin Deep
Allan
Original Life
Furthia High
Trying Human
Petite Symphony (A bunch in 1)

Huh, read more than I thought. Most I just check the website out of habit, though I usually don't mind the content.

Also, out of shameless advertising, I also read "Experiment 0009" [http://experimentnine.webs.com/], my failed attempt at a webcomic. Sadly, no one seemed to care ;_; Ah well, always another time, though it's definitely something I want to continue working on in the future (and I currently am).
