Questionable Content is my fave.

A close second is The Zombie Hunters, because I feel zombies and avoiding being eaten by them is somewhat cool.

My favorite is probably Horribleville [http://www.horribleville.com/], which has regrettably come to an end (although the author still makes "Gun Show," which is also a great comic). I also have a soft spot for Hark, a Vagrant [http://www.harkavagrant.com/] and Nedroid [http://nedroid.com/].

The only webcomic I frequent is Sequential Art.

But I did read the one Yahtzee did. I can't remember the name.

Hmm, haven't read Misfile or Red String, but I agree with you otherwise. Candi suffered from a bad case of Cerburus Syndrome though.

On the topic of Eerie Cuties though, can I just nominate anything by Gisele Lagace? Because Penny and Aggie and Menage a 3 (NSFW) are also really good.

But ultimately, the best webcomic ever is Concerned.

White ninja is my favourite. Nedroid is also great. Truck bearing kibble is really very impressive, although sadly rarely updated...but that's largely because the artwork is so damn good.

XKCD is the only one I can say that I check regularly, however I am also a fan of the following:

Questionable Content
Cyanide and Happiness
VG Cats
Penny Arcade
Irregular Webcomic
Order of the Stick
The Adventures of Dr McNinja

and of course,

The 'scapist's very own Stolen Pixels.

I've been waiting for this topic to come up again!

<a href=http://yafgc.shipsinker.com/index.php?strip_id=1>Yet Another Fantasy Gamer Comic, that's anything but generic as the name might suggest
<a href=http://www.dungeond.com/d/20060402.html> Dungeons and Denizens, a similar sort to YAFGC, but colored, and with a different take on the world of D&D monsters
<a href=http://megatokyo.com/strip/1>Megatokyo
<a href=http://darthsanddroids.net/episodes/0001.html> Darths And Droids - it's like DM of the Rings, it's been inspired by this webcomic after all, but taking on the Star Wars movies instead :D
XKCD
Stolen Pixels and DM of the Rings go without saying

Although its frequently on hiatus, the author just started updating again.
Aside from that:

Questionable Content
XKCD
Abstruse Goose (must be read alongside XKCD)
Perry Bible Fellowship (HOLY CRAP, the archive domain just expired! Tragic.)
Girls with Slingshots (only because a friend insists)
Cyanide and Happiness
