Fallout 3, I think I've hit 200 hours on it now and I've got all the expansion packs too. God I can't wait till Elder scrolls V ^-^
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (including expansions). Best Western GAME, nevermind RPG, that I ever played. Keep in mind, I haven't played Oblivion, sadly, and I only got a quick play at Fallout 3, which is awesome. I like Fable almost as much but it's too damn short and character dialogue is limited to grunts, single-word phrases, and pelvic thrusting into the faces of Bowerstone children.
The Knights of the Old Republic games also get an honorable mention.
