Really? Oh well.
I really disliked him at the start of this season, but now I really really like him.
He is a bit of a baby face, but I'm only up to the vampires in venice episode, give him time perhaps.

So far I can see the best method is indeed reading before bed. :) Or playing.

I generally read as i find it relaxing, although i've just finished my current book (The Stand) and need a new one. Recently i've been playing Torchlight at nights aswel.
Who wrote The Stand? It sounds familiar.

I watch an hour of anime or other series before bed. Lately it's been either Rurouni Kenshin or Chuck.

I read me book. Reading I am Ozzy right now. I'll probably finish it tonight, and then I'm on to reading To Kill a Mockingbird.

I don't sleep. Not all that often, anyway. My pre-sleep activity seems to be lying in bed, wondering why I'm not tired, or, if I am tired, why I'm not asleep. This can go on for a few hours. If I'm there for 4 hours or more (in real terms, if I can hear birds chirping because the sun's starting to rise), I give up on the whole sleep thing for that night.

That would be Stephen King. If you haven't already done so, read it!

To Kill A Mockingbird is a great book, if a bit slow. Good choice. :)

Neat euphemism for masturbation there.

Serious, non-sexual answer would have to be take some melatonin and fall asleep with a movie on. Only certain types of movies though. Think Citizen Kane, There Will Be Blood, The English Patient, etc. Good, but slow, films.

What are you? 80? I sleep in the frozen blood of my enemies!

... and before that I normally read, then turn on the music with sleep timer and fade out slowly.

If I have University the next day, I pack my bag before bed and I try and read. Sometimes I'm far to sleepy to read so I just go to bed.

Other times I watch Star Trek reruns until I nod off. :)
