After that I took a year off and I'm now at the University of Leicester, studying for an MChem in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (and 3 days away for exams :s)

It's not as fun as cyb, but I've always had a flair for chemistry.
Yay, a fellow chemist! *does the secret handshake involving a Liebig condenser*

I clicked on the thread thinking "Either Sneak, Persuasion or Charisma" but apparently you didn't mean major SKILL..
If Life were Fallout 3: Then my loadout would be Science, and ummm...well really none of those fit.

i was going to do math but have been swayed by the computer science side, im torn between imperial and bristol at the moment (UK).

apparently the group project at the end of the 3rd year at bristol is to make a game, the only specification is that it has to be fun :)

Logistics with a minor in information mgmt. *high fives fellow business majors*
Just curious but it seems like the only Business majors here are U.S. students. Any foreign guys with finance/marketing/logistics majors/degrees?

Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery, not a double degree just called that because of the medicine/surgery rivalry.

Currently studying; Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Art at A/S
Excellent idea to not take maths, though that could come back to haunt you later on.
Oh how it has, Maths was never my strong point and I really doubt I'll be taking physics to A2, but so far I seem to be coping at A/S.

What's Chemistry like at Sheffield.

Also, did you study Japanese at GCSE/A level before picking it up, I would assume you have but none of the secondary schools or colleges in my area(Brighton) are running it.

BSc in Physics.
Hoping to go onto a Masters Degree with it, specialising in Cosmology and Astronomy.
And if I can.. Get a Doctorate in it.

I am doing Landscape Design, haven't decided on a certificate or diploma yet. Was going to do Landscape Architecture until I found out that the average wage was thirty grand. I may still do it, though, after I finish college, and develop my business more to be able to spend money on frivolous courses.

I'm aiming for a major in Psychology and possibly minoring in Music, specifically choral though I'm not sure. I wouldn't say my love of games really influenced me that much... though I do like games that mess with your head to the extreme, even if the frighten me once and awhile :) I always thought composing music for video games would be pretty fun too; music and sounds really set the mood. If I watch a terrifying movie or game to Aqua or to songs from Mario it just wouldn't be the same...

Both Spanish and Evolutionary Biology. We'll see how throwing TWO degrees at a medical college admissions board works.

Im double majoring in Computer Applications Technology and Business Administration. Being a very non traditional student (Im 30 with a wife and 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 2 years), I chose to attend a 2 year college so as to get the degree out of the way and get a real job as fast as possible. Oh did I mention that my wife attends with me and we have the same majors, makes for a cheap and easy study buddy!

I'm living on campus, and I gotta say I really like it. Good accomidation, nice people about, and its such a beautiful place to live. Start of my second term here today :)
Yeah it is a beautiful place, the red brick buildings ruined it a bit for me though. Shame the weathers shit most of the time as well. Glad you're enjoying it.

Soon (in less than a year if all goes well) finished with my master degree in Astrophysics. And it is nice to see at least two other astrophysicists here on the Escapist.
