What is your most embarassing/weird injury?

Today, while fetching some clothes to pack for going out of town, I was grabbing some clothes out of my laundry basket, which sits on a shelf above the dryer along with everyone else's. I somehow knocked down my mom's basket, and it fell onto my thumb. When I looked down, there was a huge gash in my thumb.
I don't know how it happened, but somehow the plastic basket cut through skin.

So, what embarrassing/weird injuries have you had in your life?

I fractured my big toe by running into a wall when I was 15.
It was quite a big wall too, about 40 foot high.
And I didn't see it.
So...yeeeeeeeeeah. That was embarrassing.

I broke my pinky finger by tripping and falling on to a big, fluffy bean bag.

I was playing hide and seek and ran into a wall and broke and sliced my nose.

Got my foot pierced by a piece of wood after jumping into a pile of leaves. They had to pull it out without freezing my foot. I never go jumping into leaves anymore. Lots of blood, lots of pain.

either breaking my small toe on my kitchen table right before a karate promotion, or when my friend knocked out my loose tooth (accidentally) five minutes before picture day. or when I was really little i hurt myself on a wall. when asked where i was hurt i replied, "the waaall."

My friend threw a big ball of yarn at me. (5lbs) It knocked me backwards and I hit the ground.

Broke my arm by getting kicked off the arm of a couch. Fractured in two places and a clean break in a third spot.

The woman who owned the goose ate it the following day.



I once took a cheese grater to the thumb and didn't notice it until way later when I reached up to type on a keyboard and noticed my thumb was a large bloody mess. It took me a while to find out what actually happened.

A few years ago, I ran through my dad's garage and got my leg stabbed by a piece of wood. I don't remember why I was running. Anyway, when I tried to pull it out, the piece of wood broke off under the skin and I earned myself a trip to the emergency room.

My most embarrassing injury?

I'm circumcised.

Cracked my knuckle, attempting to catch a basket ball, after it had bounced off the ground.
I tried to catch it with both my hands spread eagle, but got caught half way through, so my fingers were pointing towards the ball. The ball Hit my left ring finger, cracking the knuckle in the process.

Got hit in the balls with a soccer ball (wait for it) and to make the pain go away easier I reached with my hand (the one that wasnt on my balls) to a very nearby fence that happened to have a very sharp piece of metal hanging out that I didnt noticed somehow. I was moaning with one hand on my balls and the other was full of blood. Such a nice memory

To be more original, I had a similar accident with a door.
