What is your most embarassing/weird injury?

I somehow almost torn off my right toenail when my left heel hit it (I was sort of running around the door corner in the house). It embrassing in that it shouldn't have happen in the first place.

I only have my parents' word for this, but when i was like, three, I apparently stuck a tiny plastic skull up my nose and it got stuck there. By some miracle it fell out while I was on the operating table.

Probably when I was young(and drunk as fuck) and decided to try smashing a bottle like they do in the movies. Instead the bottle shattered completely and cut my thumb open pretty deeply. Since I was drunk the blood started gushing and never stopped. Had to take a damn long hike to get a band aid for it since we were in a park in the middle of nowhere.
Not that funny, but it was the only one that came to mind.

I once accidentally ran at an open window, and it knocked me over. Didn't get knocked out, but I did have a triangular hole in my forehead for awhile.
My brother managed to smack his head into a bookcase whilst getting changed. Has a small scar on his head... not sure what came off worse - the bookcase or him ¬¬.

Edit: above post reminds me something silly my partner did. He had some beer bottles in the boot of my car, and one smashed. He decided to try and sort it, despite my protests at the side of the road. Ended up cutting his thumb, so I ended up driving the last 1-2min home lol ><. Should've kept driving like I told him.

I once got a rope burn two thirds the circumference of my ankle that stung and got infected, meaning I had to have my trouser leg rolled up and had to wear a plastic bag as a sock to catch my puss.

How did this happen? I got caught in a skipping rope in PE and someone wouldn't stop pulling on it. I never even found out who.

While multitasking on my homework, I had a 800 page geometry book on my leg, two journals on my other, and writing on my lap in my school book at the same time. I stood up, cracking my tail bone and fell, fracturing it.

Still hurts today.

When I was maybe about 8, I was on a playground jungle gym. I saw someone walking along and decided it would be fun to jump off the jungle gym while blowing them a raspberry. Yanno, to scare them I guess. I don't know what my 8 year old self was thinking. The jump wasn't too big, but the landing made my jaw snap shut... too bad my tongue was still out. I was *this* close to biting half my tongue off. It was hanging by a few fibers, but I didn't shear it off completely. Luckily that meant they were able to make it heal and grow back.

Needless to say, embarrassing.

I stapled my own thumb once. Look I was trying to open the top part, and for some stupid reason, tried opening from the bottom... yeah, bad idea.

The stupidest injury I've had was probably when I was going down some stone steps too fast as a kid and ended up tumbling down half of them. Managed to cut open my arm from wrist to mid arm. Didn't even notice until we got to my friends house and he asked what the red stuff on my sleeve was. >.>

Other then that I've managed to rip the muscle in my neck twice. No idea how. The first time I was lying on my brother's bed watching a movie and couldn't get up when I wanted a drink. Ended up having to send the younger brother for Mum. The second time I woke up for school and couldn't move. Had to shout for help a few times before Mum came running.

I have given my little brother 2 scars on his face. The first time we were about 3 and 6 and I was helping my dad fix something. He ran straight into the screwdriver I was holding. The second one we were having a fight over the tree swing and I ended up throwing it into his face. Needless to say I got grounded for that. We didn't get along very well as kids.

Edit: I just remembered the time I was swinging in our back garden and slipped off. Flew backwards straight into into a huge area of stinging nettles. Painful times insued.

I fell down a cliff and got loads of bruises on my legs, they were black and blue all over. When I was younger, when scooters were still cool, I went flying off the front of it whilst going down a very steep hill. Cuts and bruises on my arms, legs and face. Both fairly embarrassing.
