Fell into a fishbowl (proper fish bowl shape too, classic cartoon-type one) when I was 3 and cut my eye open, because the opening was pretty small this injury was more than just 'Haha 3 year old child in a fish bowl,' no this is a 'Good God! Child! Fish bowl! Smash! Eye! Blood!' luckily I only live about 2 minutes away from a hospital so I didn't lose my eye but apparently it was close, thanks to that I know have an oval shaped pupil, it goes all the way to the edge of my iris at the bottom. To this day people laugh a bit when I start that story then feel bad when I finish it.

Oh yeah and, while neither embarrassing or weird, I then proceeded to get a cataract on that eye when I was 11 so now I have an artificial lens in that eye.

Well an injury when I was about 7 has left me with a permanent scar on my testicles. Moral of the story: don't climb over your sharp-cornered bedroom cupboards and chests of drawers while naked.

And no, I won't tell you why I was doing that. I was 7 after all, I don't even think I had a reason.

A wooden door was swollen due to heavy rain and moisture so it was stuck fairly well. I yanked on it a few times to break it loose. When it finally gave, it traveled rapidly into my forehead and damn near knocked me unconscious. It bled quite a bit too being a head wound. I felt like a massive dumbass.

Hmm, tough call. I've had a few. The pinky I had to have in a splint because I caught a basketball the wrong way, The staples I had in my head because I slipped on sheet ice while trying to salt it, or the most recent one of nearly cutting off my thumbnail because I had my thumb under a branch I finished trimming with a bucksaw.

Repetitive Strain Injury in both wrists from the same day. One was for a reason I had no issue in explaining, the other wasn't.

I was a moron and lit a firework fountain inside my grandma's stone oven

While holding it
Pointed into my palm

Spent the next week or three with bandages and healing cream on my hand

I have a scar on my wrist, right between two veins from when I was working with my dad, my uncle and my older cousin. My cousin put a sharp tool down underneath my arm and when I got up it sliced straight through. It's not embarrassing how it happened, it's embarrassing because of the location.

Also yesterday I was trying to get a shoe out from under my bed and almost dislocated my shoulder...

When I was young (about 8) I was playing with my dog.

She got so excited that she jumped into my face (face-to-face). It hurt, and I broke a front tooth.

The dog was dazed for a moment or two.

I dislocated my left knee picking up a raquetball. If you've never seen one, they're smaller than a tennis ball and just about as light as air. Bent over to pick it up, then tried to straighten my knee out, as I usually do when, y'know, standing up, and the knee didn't want to cooperate. I tried forcing it, and then...the pain set in. I braced myself against the wall, slid down it slowly, made up a few new swears, and told my partner to stop staring and get the coach. It still gets really stiff if I don't move it for a while.

Fell asleep. Woke up in the pitch dark and got up to turn on the light. Got a massive hit into the nuts. Dropped me to the ground. Finally managed to get up and have a look to see what hit me....
After a while I figured out what happened. I had fallen asleep with my hand behind my head. It went to "sleep" itself. When I got up my dead hand dropped like a sack of potatoes and hit me straight in the sack. I couldn't feel the hit in my hand. Que crazy laughing in a dark room in the middle of the night.

Plenty of other injuries but non as stupid as that.

I have 2. The first is when I was doing a dance performance in front of 200 people at school (I don't even like dance), I jumped, landed wrong and damaged my thumb. The next part of the routine was my friend had to jump on to, and back off my hand, and my thumb fractured. The other, I used to go to this place called Walcott Hall every year when I was about 4-10, we were playing tig (tag to Americans) inside the house and I jumped and grabbed the back of this guy's shirt and was sliding like a pro. My hand slipped off and I flew head-first into a radiator, leaving a 2 inch wide hole in my head that was bleeding like hell. I had lots of stitches. It hurt.

Well, I recently joined a trampoline club and I was being taught a simple move called the "front drop", it's basically jumping and landing lying down face first. The normal problem is people being to top heavy with their rotation and landing face first, I was fine in that aspect. However I got ambitious and jumped high landed hard (and correctly)... but hurt my balls, I will have to blame it on the loose fitting underwear. I got up then keeled over, with the fellow club members being confused (most are girls), suffice to say I got many weird looks as I landed it fine and should not have been in pain. Anyway I hate that move because I always end up hurting myself in that manner.

Never had a noteworthy injury. :D
No broken bones, large cuts, or anything like that.
Fucking swan stole my shoe when I was small though. I had to walk home with one shoe. Bastard.
