Alright not really, but if anyone can tell me where it comes from without using google I'll be deeply impressed and contemtuous.
Not really a motto so much of a philosphy:
You can never be completely open to everything, as there will always be someone who disagrees with you and if you don't argue your point then life gets very boring. So it's ok to not accept every single person's views just as long as you don't kill anybody over it.
