Ummm could buy one just as likely as an infinite continue. Save crystal save sphere- one of them has to be decently advantageous. Rather lose the experience of a year to ensure that you get the perfect life.

I would say the chambers from Bioshock. It's like a loupole for the no menus in real life thing.
