What item in a video game would you buy in real life?

Out of any game you have ever played, what item, weapon, suit, gadget, or anything else would you want the most for real life?
mine would be the gun from Portal. that would be epic

Mine would have to be the Medallion from "Warrior Within." Time travel without having to carry a dagger around and worrying about the police trying to arrest you for carrying a weapon. That would be so much fun.
