Job: Programmer
Studies: Computer systems engineering
comments: its great for me, programming is like solving puzzles sometimes and when you get an error is like diagnosing the error, come out with an hipotesis, makes tests to proove that hipotesis and solving the problem, i feel like dr house xD. sometimes is boring/repetitive though.

The great advantage of this carrer is that you only need a computer, a client and smarts to start your own bussines not like my other friends that need a workshop, material, tools or a compnay to hire them to be able to work.

I am the Logistics Manager at a pet store. Best yet I can do my job over the internet, so I'm not inclined to go to my workplace. A pretty sweet deal for a 17 year old, but that's what happens with privately owned business.

I'm still going to high school and am at this point getting above average grades.

I had to quit my job when college started due to scheduling issues.
I used to get mysterious phone calls and disappear for a few minutes while there were reports of a mysterious masked vigilante in the area. So... Delivery boy. Recently however the mysterious masked vigilante has had a distinct change in proportions just as I gave my job to my friend. Odd isn't it?

I do commentary for a local wrestling organization, and help to produce their shows. I also do voice-over work and commercials locally, and have a show of my own on public access. Anybody on the East coast, remember to check it out on Retro TV Network at 1:30 AM Friday night! Check your local listings!

Hey, come on, you know you're going to be up anyways, and it is a decent show, even if you don't like wrestling.

i'm a student on the path to becoming a home-birth midwife. i currently work in the produce department at my local organic co-op. i'm also apprenticing with a local doula, assisting her with her clients, which are mostly women having in-hospital natural births. i think i just outed myself as a big hippie.

Currently I'm working at a Morrisons (Super Market) but I have training with Sega on friday so I'm going to be a games tester.

I'm also studying BSc Games Technology (Hons), It is awesome! I never expected the people on this course to be so fun and outgoing ^^,. We get steam accounts with free games, free software (I'm rocking Win7 x64 right now =)) and in our lab we have PSP and 360 development kits under 50 PCs, with PS3s coming soon. Anyone thinking of working in the games industry, I recommend it.

I'm still at university, doing German and Danish linguistics. As a side-job I've been translating websites and manuals from German to English/Dutch for a few years now.

What Job are you in currently ?

What do you have to say about it ?

and for those that are still studying , Where are you in your education right now ? and what do you think of it so far ?
I am a Corporal Inspector Deputy Sheriff for the Crimes Against Property Division. (AKA a Detective who catches thieves and the like)

It's is much more challenging than my previous assignment of vice. (Burglars tend to be smarter than drug dealers) it is very intellectually stimulating for sure. I do hate having to investigate vandalism cases.

I'm not still studying but I have a Bachlor's in Criminal Justice and Psychology and a Masters in Sociology (emphasis Criminology). It was very difficult because I was working full time and took me 8 1/2 years to complete.
Thats sounds very intelluctual and intresting.

First time i actually heard from a real detective.
