What keeps you coming back to the escapist?

The odd topic I like to add into(like this one actually), Zero Punctuation/MovieBob/Jimquisition. ExtraCreditz is moved to Youtube, so that's one less reason for me to come back here now though.

Mostly Zero Punctuation, but I also like the forums. But if Yahtzee were to leave or get sacked, you can bet that I would be leaving with him.

Yarp, I'd probably follow ZP.
I post on the forums at least 5 times a day, and like these forums alot, so I dunno if I'd leave just for ZP.
Its kinda circumstantial I spose.

News delivered in a one side manner, designed to invoke a reaction (usually in the "angry" emotion spectrum) cause that's the only way they know how to. "Rage media", one might call it. Reading the comments of "omg, never buying/preordering/reading/doing this thing that i'll do again in 20 minutes time cause this is just an attention seeking post" always makes me shake my head, but it's funny none the less.

Also Zero Punctuation and Movie Bob are awesome.

I'm kind of looking around at everything here, but ZP and EC were the first things that got me hooked. Feeling really sad now that EC is going away...

Love the podcasts the most though. The guys always sound like they're having a blast making it and the topics they cover are pretty interesting.

ZP and the forums. These have to be some of the most civilized forums I've ever been on, and I love how everyone responds to most things very intelligently. I don't really think that Yahtzee has lost his edge though. That could be because his opinions on gaming are pretty close to mine.

All these mainly, although for a while I watched daily drop, unskippables, read the web comics and such. But also largely for the forums and game news, although I've been using them more as a place to rant about the general direction things are headed for games nowadays (always-on DRM, etc)

The My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic user group. Seriously, the people there are some of the best friends I've ever had the good fortune to know.

the community is nice (amazingly, just as nice as screwattack, no offence guys), zero punctuation continues to make me laugh uncontrollably, and it's not a bad place for world news. plus, all the old episodes of extra credits are here too

Absolutely everything.

The community is great, the people are usually friendly, the columns are well written and plentiful. There's comics, MovieBob, Extra Credits (well, there was Extra Credits, but I don't blame the escapist for that) Zero Punctuation... even Miracle of Sound, Jimquisitions and Tales from the Table Top are among my top watched. No right answer is a great idea. Drinking games is funny too! Pro Gamer gauntlet has a good idea and rolls with it... really, everything about the escapist makes me come back every day. And I'll continue to visit every day. I would be heartbroken if the Escapist went down the path to bankruptcy, so I'm not one of those people who thinks the Escapist should burn because of the Extra Credits thing.

Anyway, that's why I'm a regular to the escapist.
