Well, at this point, I feel kind of committed. I moderate the User Review forums and I post a daily review that <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/2-50-Reviews>140 people apparently want to read.

So yeah, it's because I'm committed to coming here. And it's also a habit, and I like some of the people. But not <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/view>you.

The free porn, of course!

-oh thats not porn, thats just Zero Punctuation?.... Oh well
Nothing like a cry wank to Yahtzee demolishing a game I'm a fanboy of.

OT: The forums. I post fairly often in the forums, but I read more threads than I post in. My opinions are made up of different opinions and viewpoints as possible, with as many different looks at something as possible. That way, I can have an objective view of most things. The Escapist has exactly that and provides for some fairly good reading material.

I return to this site for Ben 'Yahtzee' Croshaw and the bluntness in his reviews that make up Zero Punctuation. I return to hear Bob 'MoviebBob' Chipmans commentary and thoughts on...mainly comics, really, some philosophy in The Big Picture, and for movie reviews in eScape to the Movies. Can't say that thoughts and perspectives from James, Allison, and Daniel from Extra Credits will be on the list for any longer, but a loss is a loss. C'est la vie.

The forums are uncommonly intelligent, for internet standards, and the presence of a continuous source of news gaming and non-gaming related is refreshing. Pluuuus the people here are awesome. xD

Mainly zero punctuation and extra credits. Now that EC is gone...well, the escapist is coming close to losing me, not that it is of much consequence.

Firstly, Zero Punctuation, then I was into Lisa's Top 5 and finally Extra Credits... so if Yahtzee decides to leave I'm probably following him

Yahtzee
Movie Bob
The news
The forums can be a good place to kill time with so I guess that too. Honestly the amount of entertainment I've got from the escapist is ridiculous

ZP was what attracted me. Now it's the seemingly mature yet witty yet sometimes hilarious forum user base.

And I was looking for a new forums after I got fed up with the last place I was at :p

Forums...and the jimquisition
People like you who are actually great to socialize with and see your beliefs in Threads. Seriously, I always enjoy the community because they always have manners (well some.. if they don't judge you or flame you for whatever reason).

OT: Well, I love this website. The Threads are a good reason, especially friends (or people like who I quoted above me), the shows like Zero Punctuation, Extra Credits *sigh*, Unskippable and so forth. What really gets me going is the contests, badges, and news that makes me get drawn in ^_^. That, and I can express my custom Avatars.
they should hire u to be there spokes person haha

Well, I like the articles and videos that's being posted to this site. I need my weekly Moviebob and Unskippable fix. Also, the userbase here is generally more polite and literate than elsewhere on the internet, so that's a plus. But the biggest reason are probably the MLP user group chat. I love talking to those people.

All the videos. No RIght Answer, Zero Punctuation, Jimquisition, The Big Picture, etc. I also like Critical Miss. The forums are nice and the stories are usually interesting and well written.

So...a lot of things.

Fuck knows, I think it's just because I've always done it so I look on the forums less interested than usual, only looking forward to 1 video every 2 weeks, the groups I went on have died, yet everyday when I turn my laptop on it's the first thing I open up.

Every Friday night I marathon all of The Escapist's shows while eating a pizza dinner. It's a habitual thing.
Afterwards, I browse the forums for intelligent or entertaining conversation, and I enjoy the community.
