System of a down, Iron Maiden, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Allman Brothers, The Doors, Cream, Metallica, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, MegaDeath, Rolling Stones, Fall Out Boy, The Who, Motorhead, Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against, Serj Tankian, Weezer.

I need to get more into the Indie music.

Well, infact I left out several artists. I am also a fan of Daft Punk, DJ Shadow, Justice, Blink 182, Fall Out Boy, ACDC, Guns and Roses, Micheal Jackson, Red Hot Chili Pepers, Queen, Coldplay, and Disturbed.

I like most of them and at least heard of all of them. The ones i don't like i can still respect. There is appeal, just not to me.

Yea. Weird, too. I have less then 1000 songs on my ipod, yet I love music so. I just don't have money or hard drive space to get everything.

Same. I have just over 500 songs but i listen to them endlessly. Right now empty walls by Serj tankian is at the top with 194 plays and i only downloaded it 2 weeks ago.

Its nice to finally meet a fellow music lover. Most of the time people will just say "SLIPKNOT IS AWSOME LOLOLOLOLOL" its quiet frustrating.

Meh, most of my friends don't do that. Yet, I still have a few System and Serj fans as friends. My other friends are "They are good, just I'm not a fan", or "I don't like 'em"

Mmm. My good friends like serj and soad or at least don't dis them. But most people I see just support one band and refuse to let anyone have there own opinion about it. once my friend said "slipknot are awsome" I replied "they are good but I prefer system" He responds "System and metallica suck and should die! slipknot is a billion times better" I dunno if you ever get this but it can be irritating not being able to talk about the music that i like.
