Im not going to engage in a flame war with you,
Aright calm down, I know I came across as harsh but I honestly don't want to offend anybody.

I'm simply saying that deciding most people in the world are stupid and useless is wrong,
Well, I'm, inclined to agree. However, for I'll I know that may be true.
I've not met everyone. So all I can do it guess, but like I said. I'm inclined to agree.

I wouldn't say it was a reflection of ones self more than
anything. There's that famous quote, "If you want to judge a man, give him power."

I used to be very loathing and I changed and now I'm happier and have a lot more friends,
Good for you!(Not sarcasm)

Im not judging these people at all.
OK, that's just how it sounded to me, and since you said that being judgemental was bad and there was to much negativity in the world that seemed like hypocrisy. So I called you out on it.

I like 90% of people I would say, including most people on this forum.
How can you extrapolate all the people you've met to the entire (Or at lest 90% of) the human race?

There is a difference between Judging someone irrationally and commenting on someone in a situation where they are asked to describe themselves they say that they are rude to people they don't know or that they are cynical and lack faith in humanity.
Well that's debatable really: judging someone can only really be described as passing a judgement on them, so even if you only judged them in one situation it would still be judging them, maybe not judging their entire character, yet still by it's definition a judgement.
