Japanese! Though for some reason I can still read it and remember some basic grammar, I cannot for the life of me remember any words, even after spending countless hours studying them.

English and German. I learned English almost to perfection but barely due to school. It was mostly a combination of taking private lessons for about a year and using the computer. I didn't dislike german, but as soon as puberty kicked in I was more concerned with being the cool kid rather than give a fuck about learning. Even though I had quite good grades in my first 2 years and learned to converse in german (I was the best goddamn german speaker in that class) it all went downhill as soon as 7th grade hit.
Tell you what, your English is very good. Kudos on that my friend

Ich studierte Deutsch fuer zwei Jahren, und kann ein bischen ja sprechen. (2 years of German). But that was three years ago.

nunc didici linguam Latinam annos tres, mox quattor; bene non sed optime scribere legere possum Latinam linguam, et non quam bene sed ita bene linguam loqueri Latinam possum. (I've now studied three years of Latin, soon to be four (i.e. I'm going into my fourth year); I can write and read Latin well, but not super-duper well, and I can speak it not as well but well).

Took Latin. Fairly useless language, unless you're going into medicine or law, then it's only a bit useless.

However, it will probably be helpful if I try to learn Italian like I plan.

I took two years of Spanish, and this coming year I'm taking German.

I wish my school offered Latin. ;-;

I'm forced into Spanish simply because my school's IB program doesn't offer any other choice. I want German, dammit!

I'm still in school, and I take Latin. I used to take Spanish until I had quite possibly the worst teacher ever and dropped the class because I didn't want to go into the next year of it not know half of the material because my teacher was a lazy idiot.

Outside of school I'm learning Japanese, which to me is a very interesting language.

My school offered Spanish, French and Latin. I took French from sixth grade on, including two semesters in college. So I'm just about fluent. I'm teaching myself Spanish right now :)

English, French, and German.

I dropped out of German.

I also had to take Danish, but I figure that's acceptable seeing how I live in Denmark.

School offered Spanish, French, and Latin.
I decided to take Latin because it was for the smarter people, there were only 4 years of it, and we had about half as much language work.

I took spanish in middle school, and took french all of freshman year of highschool.

French was the most interesting.(dispite not being able to speak a single sentence fluently)
