INTJ

I've been lurking on the Escapist since Yahtzee's first video in 2007. I was starting high school back then, and now it's long over. I've been reading these forums all that time, and since there are so many users here, I felt saying anything would be pointless as my vioce would just be lost in the background even more than over at IMDb (since there every forum is dedicated to a certain film or person). Sorry long sentence.

Anyway now that I know 50% of the people here are INTJ I just had to join. Sometimes the INTJforum can be a bit much. Having a user here seems logical now.

ENTJ

I see that nobody here shares the same result....don't I feel special.
And here I was thinking I would be the first!

According to Wiki, ENTJs are 2% of the population and tend to make good leaders - hence the role name "Fieldmarshal".

Notable examples include Bill Gates (Yay!) and Margaret Thatcher (Boo!).

I am a moderately expressed introvert, moderately expressed sensing personality, moderately expressed feeling personality, moderately expressed judging personality.

I just read the article underneath it and it seems to describe me extremely well. Could potentially give me help on some character conceptions, so thanks OP! :)

I actually live not too far from a place that helped to develop this test, and have taken the full test in one of my classes, so I'll forego the quiz, but I will tell you what my type was.

I'm ESTJ.

Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging.

That means I'm outgoing, I rely on information gotten from my five senses, I use my logic and reason, and I like rules and sticking to what I know works. I'm a good leader according to the test, but have a tendency to overlook my feelings and those of others by looking instead to cold hard facts. I don't care what you feel or why, I care about the facts.

Of course, this is the somewhat extreme version of the personality. I'm actually pretty caring and all that crap. I can empathize with people, and do when the need arises, it's part of being smart enough to realize that not everyone looks at things the way I do, and in order to get things done, sometimes compromises need to be made.

My gf and I find it amusing that our personalities are polar opposites though. I'm ESTJ and she's INFP. We've worked out pretty well so far though.

EDIT: I'm also about 80% of all of the aspects of ESTJ, so it's pretty prominent.

INFP

Introverted 33
Intuitive 38
Feeling 12
Perceiving 56

You are:
moderately expressed introvert
moderately expressed intuitive personality
slightly expressed feeling personality
moderately expressed perceiving personality

Not sure if I really know how accurate it is, though.

I got INTJ. A 'mastermind', apparently. Probably bullshit. There's no way you can form an accurate picture of someone's personality (even your own) through a series of multiple choice questions, and when many of the questions are vague and require context for them to be meaningful it doesn't help. But still, as a bit of fun it's pretty good, and now I know Martina Navratilova, Hannibal Lecter, JFK and I would get along like a house on fire.

ISTJ, which sounds right in some instances. My main point of disagreement is in how ISTJ's are organized. I'm not very organized, as many will attest. I actually like when things are organized, but dislike the act of traditional organizing itself mostly out of laziness. Perhaps I find organization in chaos, but whatever. It's just speculation at that point.

I still doubt the validity of the OP's test; a lot of the questions were vague or poorly written.

Mine was INTJ (Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging) Otherwise known as... The Mastermind. I don't even care about what it means, I'm The Mastermind! Also one of my career things was computer programmer which I'm going into :D. Also apparently us Masterminds (Yes I'm going to keep on bolding the word Mastermind, deal with it!) Are very rare. Awesome! Mastermind!
Ha, me too. At first when I saw the low percentage I thought I might have answered it wrong but after reading the description I thought "that sounds exactly like me!".
EXACTLY! I got INTJ, saw how few people identified as it, and thought the test was bogus or something, then I read two of the descriptions for it (<a href=http://keirsey.com/4temps/mastermind.asp>http://keirsey.com/4temps/mastermind.asp and http://typelogic.com/intj.html) and it realized it described me perfectly. Like literally, every main aspect about me. Creepy.

Idealist Counselor. Me to a tee, I have considered myself an idealist for years, and I am going to college to be a counselor.

Also the basic description on the keirsely site is accurate, the only noticeable differences are that I don't function well in groups (the site says this type does well 1 on 1 and in groups), and I know that I am more flexible. All in all small understandable differences, and I found the description to be extremely accurate, and very gratifying. Here is a snip-it from the keirsely site.

" They [counselors] are highly private people, with an unusually rich, complicated inner life. Friends or colleagues who have known them for years may find sides emerging which come as a surprise. Not that Counselors are flighty or scattered; they value their integrity a great deal, but they have mysterious, intricately woven personalities which sometimes puzzle even them."

Hehehehe... I love it. Very accurate, highly recamended.

INFP. It doesn't matter if I'm feeling social, where I take it, when I take it, what time of day it is, how I take it, I always come up INFP.

Strange, I got almost the same exact split as you.

Also, there are a really ridiculous number of IN_J's on here. Like, 60%+ of the people, ridiculous.
