Battlefield 1942
Battlefield 2142
Age of Empires 2 (and expansion)
Crysis
Total War: Shogun II
Saint's Row 3

I can't answer this, because I filled a 128 CD binder with my most played CD based games BEFORE the move to DVD based media. I have a lot of DVD game too.

In no particular order, I've got:

Odyssey: The Search for Ulysses
The Hobbit (the Sierra one from around the time the LoTR movies were coming out)
Sim Copter
Star Wars: Rebel Assault II
Starlancer
Assassin's Creed
Rag Doll Kung Fu
Devil May Cry 4
Tomb Raider Anniversary
Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
Fable: The Lost Chapters
Turok (2008)
F.E.A.R. Gold Edition
Battlefield 2
Battlefield 1942: The Complete Collection (includes 1942, all expansions, and Vietnam)
Unreal Gold
Wolfenstein 3D (I'm kind of proud of this one :p)
Duke Nukem Forever (It's still in the Shrinkwrap, saw it for $5 and couldn't resist :p)
Command and Conquer Red Alert: The Arsenal
Sins of a Solar Empire (the base game)
Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords
Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri
Sid Meier's Civilization 2
Sid Meier's Civilization/XF5700 Mantis Experimental Figher (it's a CDROM with the Dos floppy version of Civ 1 and some random Microprose flight sim on it, seems to have been a minor budget release)
Heroes of Might and Magic: Millennium Edition (collection with the first three HoMM games)
The Sims Online playtest disc (is this rare? It's a physical disc for the public beta of The Sims Online, from a time when downloading a whole game was not the done thing)
Sim City 3000
Sim Farm
PC Gamers Editor's Choice Collection disc 5 (contains CART Racing, FPS Golf, and the reason I bought it, Caesar II)
Sim City Classic (16 bit windows version of the original)
Sid Meier's Sim Golf
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (both are base editions, no expansions)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
Baldur's Gate II and the Throne of Bhaal expansion
Fallout Trilogy (Contains Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics)
Diablo II (base game, no expansions)
Betrayal in Antara
Alone in the Dark (the original DOS one)
Way Cool Arcade Games (collection of a few full version shareware titles, most notably Comet Busters)
Arcade Magic (16 bit windows/old mac collection of random arcade games, mainly clones of stuff like Robotron 2084 and Rally X)
Army Men (the original)
Atari Arcade Hits
Atari Arcade Hits Anniversary Edition
Two copies of Atlantis: The Lost Empire: Search for the Journal
Best of 3D Action Games (a collection of Shareware demos, with classics like Doom, RoTT, and Dark Forces on it, along with many others)
Battle Chess
Caesar's Palace/Caesar's Palace 2000 (misprint: these came in one package, and each one had the wrong game on it. The one labelled Caesar's Palace was Caesar's Palace 2000, and vice versa)
not one but two copies of Chex Quest
Combat Medic: Special Ops
Cyberstorm 2: Corporate Wars
The Elder Scroll II: Daggerfall (yes, I really do have a hard copy. It's just the disc, though.)
Deep Space Nine: The Fallen
Deer Avenger
Delta Force 2
Descent II
Descent 3 demo (came on its own disc with Descent II)
Dragon's Lair (a DOS version with weird memory requirements that I could never get to work. Theoretically a port of the original laserdisc version)
Gamefest: Forgotten Realms Classics (two discs containing a crapton of D&D games, all in the Forgotten Realms setting, most of them DOS based)
Evolution: The Game of Intelligent Life
Funpack 3 (16 bit windows games, has a cool version of Snake.)
FX Fighter
Nitro Pack for Insterstate '76 (standalone expansion, I think. Never played it.)
Mechwarrior 2: Titanium Edition
Mechwarrior 3
Novastorm
Myst
The Oregon Trail: Classic Edition (Original DOS version with 256 color mode)
Cabela's 4X4 Off-Road Adventure
Psycho Pinball (Best. Pinball game. Ever.)
Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear
The Amazing Virtual Sea Monkeys
Septerra Core
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
Sheep
Spacequest IV
A promotional disc for the Spiderman movie, contains a demo of the 90's Spiderman game that was also on the PS1, the N64, and the Dreamcast, as well as a bunch of promotional wallpapers and crap
Star Wars: Dark Forces
Star Wars: Jedi Knight (also have the Mysteries of the Sith expansion)
Monopoly: Star Wars edition
Star Wars: Rebel Assault
Star Wars: X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter (Misprint: the disc labelled Multiplayer contains the singleplayer content, and vice versa)
Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance
Wild Ride: Surf Shack
Ultrabots (Mechwarrior clone made by a pre-evil EA, not very good)
Tomb Raider II 3 level demo (my parents bought it at a computer show thinking it was a full version game, apparently was supposed to be a pack in with a graphics card or something like that)
Wik & The Fable of Souls
Win a Million (Dollar Store trivia game, not bad for what it is)
Warcraft II: Battle.net Edition

And I think that's all of them, minus a few floppy disks that I should probably throw out, since there's no way they're in working condtion. A lot of these I've had since I was a kid, a lot of the others have turned up on thrift shop and record store runs, and still others I've actually bought new in recent memory.

I've also got somewhere between 150 and 200 more games spread between various digital distribution services, and this is just the PC games. I've also got console games going from the current gen (if you count the Wii as current gen) all the way back to the NES, and handheld games from every Nintendo handheld up to the DS, plus the Sega Game Gear. I've probably got about as many PC games as other games total, though, since I'm counting PC games back to the days when I still had nothing but an NES and a Genesis.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Doom 3, and Quake II are the only ones I have physical copies of and enjoy.
I got Quake II for free at some nice old man's estate sale. For free.
As a self-acknowledged Quake fanboy, this brought me much joy.
There's just nothing quite like the satisfaction of getting a CD from '97 working on a modern operating system.

I have a lot and I'm lazy to list them all.

However the one I will name is TF2......which I finally got to run on my PC THE DAY BEFORE IT BECAME F2P.

There are times I think Gabe Newell is just trolling me.

Don't worry, you're not alone in that.

Grim Fandango
Monkey Island 1, 2 and 3
Half Life
Worms 2

I've had many other despite being a console gamer, but they've either been thrown away, broken or sold at car boot sales. I've just kept the ones that mean something to me. I just use Steam now for PC games, in all honesty I didn't even realise you could still get physical copies of PC games anymore, ha ha

Everything except my Steam and Origin Library since I still prefer buying physical products. The only times I don't is when it's the only place to get the game or if it's physically hard for me to either find the physical copy or get to the shops and buy it.

That and Sims Expansion packs since they were on sale when I downloaded them and my sister and I are glad to be over our usual "You use the disc first this time, then take it out and give it to me so we can both play." routine we've had since we were kids.

I usually buy games on GOG.com when games that I own are either damaged beyond repair or incompatible with more modern PCs. Yesterday I got Creatures 1 and 2 for $6. Better than fiddling around again for the umpteenth time in the 15 years I've had them.

So much stuff... Til 2006 when I became part of the digital future.

Basically all 90's CRPG's, Battlefields up to 2142, age of Empires I and II, All Blizzard games til SC2, Every single Star Wars game including the X-wing DOS sims(I still have the boxes so awesome!) and the terrible earlier strategy games like Force Commander and classics like Rep Comm and KOTOR, civ III, Doom 123, Quake arena, Every Command & Conquer game ever made except for 4, Battle for middle earth, Sim city 3000, the sims, Emperor Battle for Dune and on goes the list, so much stuff... Thankfully since STEAM I've relegated practically all disks to storage and I do not look back, I liked boxes, especially the big boxes of old but I like not using disks better.

edit - how the hell could I forget?! Lucasarts adventure games! Tim schafer and Ron Gilbert ftw.
