I look up things like boss tactics etc all the time. As a rule my friends and i share different tacs on how do you certain raids and instances better.Amnestic said:WowheadSion_Barzahd said:People who rage cause you're new to an area/map.
For example, World of Warcraft. I've recently hit lvl 80 and i occasionally get lost cause i haven't done any of the WOTLK instances. So people who're in a group with me get all pissed at me, not my fault i'm new to it.

There's such a wealth of information on every aspect in WoW that the only reason you don't know something is you haven't looked it up yet.
But if i should turn a corner for a second and go "what...where am i?" since its not easy to recall all instances i'm doing on my lvl 80 and all instances i'm doing on my lvl 40-60 alts.
I occasionally get a touch lost, and someone will go "FFS, noob. its obvious we've gone down... blah blah" 2 seconds to go "we're just here. Hurry it up." is all i would want.
I mean the wowwiki and wowhead maps aren't brilliant to navigate yourself with unless you're already vaguely familiar with the instance itself anyway.
So looking them up doesn't often do me any good. I'm the sort who learns better by experience, though thats not to say i don't take advantage of other resources. They just tend to not make as much sense to me.
