I don't play video games my every waking moment, and whether you realize it or not being a teacher is actually a very time consuming job. Do any of these facts matter at all? Naw, not really, but since you shared your life story I thought I should share mine. Otherwise I'd have you at a tremendous disadvantage.
So, why do I expect you to pay attention to what's going on when you play a video game with me? Because if you're only ever going to be playing while you're 'wasted' at your 'parties' you're actually hurting everyone else's enjoyment of the game. That's why they're hostile with you. Now, these hostile people you were attempting to characterize do exist. They're a sad sort who only play with other people like them, and only until those people decide that they are too 'lolol nub' to play with them, and then they sulk off to a new group that is 't0o pr0 4 u' until eventually they pick up a new game and starts the circle of life all over again. However, with you? I think it's well warranted.

what I dont like, that you fail to understand, is people who take gaming so seriousley that they fly off the handle when they get fragged or "lose". I heard the same dumbass I described before crying when he got killed. Over a fucking game.
I have been gaming, console and tabletop, boardgames, computer, etc since I was 6. It is fun, a source of release of stress. you see my reaction as "Im better than the 19 year old virgin", but somehow are able to distance yourself from reality far enough to not realize that it was his attitude, and also the one you have adopted.
My point is, do not make the assumption that everyone else in the universe makes console gaming thier life. and try, just once, instead of yelling and acting like a douche bag, dispensing some helpfull advice to players who are new or don't spend their every waking hour playing one game so they can say things like:
HAHAHA NOOB U R PWNED!!! I R AWESOME AND U R GAY!! HAHAHA!!!
It implies that they asked the group where UK is, or UP, or Nexus, or CoS... Which most of us, myself included (I like to use that phrase because it makes people less likely to call me out, because then it's a personal attack), will answer with no lip. However, if you're not going to take the time to open your map and look for yourself... Y'know, since it doesn't require any fancy addons or anything just some good old fashioned DIY... You really can't argue that we'd be unreasonable to get upset with you.
