Two things really piss me off, the fact that they usually think they're better than other games just because they get the highest score, and fucking retards that jump around every corner in an FPS, giving them the advantage. I hate them so much that if I ever met someone who did it I'd probably beat the shit out of them.

Since when were pogo sticks issued at the armoury? Asshats.
I won't grudge people jumping around to make a harder target, it does fuck with aiming a bit for the jumper too.

I hate the people who accuse me of "not knowing how to plat a Balance Druid" just because I don't have Eclipse. I've tried using it; either it never procs at all, it procs and there's absolutely no noticeable change, or the lag makes me miss out on half the effect's duration. Sometimes a combination of the three.

I choose not to take it because I don't enjoy having it. And people call me a "noob" and say that I "don't know how to play a Moonkin" just because I choose to trade a few hundred DPS for fun. Besides, I'm usually pulling at least 2K without it (in so-so gear).

Also hate it when people ***** at me for valuing crit over haste. To me, it makes no sense to favor haste over crit when crits give us so many bonuses.
I always used to have that trouble, people telling me how to play my own class, what stats to go for on equipment. I played a Feral Druid and my Hit Rating was a grand total of... 0. But thanks to my ~50% crit chance unbuffed (not counting the buffs from just being in Cat form)(EDIT: Sorry, just to clarify, that 50% is with the Cat form buffs. I meant I don't count them as buffs when I say "unbuffed"), I more than made up for it when it came to DPS.

Just make sure to play the game the way you want to play it. I spent a good while tweaking my spec and everything so it was perfect for me, and I eventually started outdoing all the people that used to criticise my choices. If only I could have seen the looks on some of their faces.

General elitism and gloating over dominations (I had this once in Team Fortress 2...) are the ultimate annoyance.

Any argument that has to do with Game Balance. Maybe I'm just a skrub. But it gets annoying sometimes.

Generally if someone can beat you, they are better than you. Maybe you had an off match, they had an exceptionally good one, but they still beat you and for you to to get pissed is pretty ridiculous. Also why should you be mad if someone jumps. Make a game yourself and dont allow the player to jump.
OT: nothing bothers me too much, I hate when I get killed.... people can talk shit, and do whatever they want, i think its pretty funny, my friends and I usually get a good laugh out of those clowns.

I'm envious of that attitude. Unfortunately for me, arrogance is an automatic piss-off for me, so those guys really get under my skin.

In my defence, I was new to the game. He obviously wasn't, and was camping as sniper. He was (just a little too) good at it, took me ages to get him back. By then he'd got me quite a few times and sent me a gloating message. When I got him, I received an angrily worded message telling me I was 'a n00b'...

So yeah, that's what really grinds my gears when it comes to 'pro' gaming behaviour...

When people "Critique" your bad job of team work, tanking, being generally not on top of your game by swearing nonstop and getting pissed because you're not the best in the world.

little kids (generally guys, aged about 10-12) who're a high level on a FPS game who suddenly get so far up their own arses they can say hello to their intestines. They insult absolutely everyone who isnt doing as well as them, even if they aren't doing too great themselves, and they insult anyone who does better. I'm guessing it might be because if they spoke like that to the people playing games like that, who're generally 16+, they would get their heads kicked in, but behind the safety of a TV screen and an xbox, they think they are the absolute shit.

Though, this tends to happen with any person who calls themselves "pro". They also tend to throw the word "noob" and "fag" around like it should be used as commonly as the word "the".
