Not game related is about 90% of clothes I own, a few days after buying them I just think "WTF?!" and never wear them. It's why I seem to live in the same 7 items of clothing.
So much this. I always buy clothes and then realise I have nothing to wear them with so they rot in the back of my wardrobe.
Clothes and a pair of really expensive Doc Martins that I've worn a grand total of twice. I love Docs generally, just not the pair I bought.

I would say MW3 but I got that for free so no harm done.

What? I don't remember Borderlands having Securom on it at all.

The game itself doesn't but two of the DLCs do in fact have Securom. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned and Mad Moxxi's Underdome both of limited installs.

Killzone 2.

What a waste of $20.

I tend to buy things on impulse, but despite that, it's very rare that I'm disappointed by what I buy.

You can always send a ticket to steam for more installs if you need them. It sucks sure, but it's not that bad.

You can't actually. Steam isn't responsible for all outside DRM. So I would I have to contact the pub/dev for it and they don't do it either. I've looked on the forums. They have a tool that can revoke installs but it doesn't even work.

I regret the purchase of my second 160g iPod Classic, which I will be making tomorrow.

My first just started dying out of nowhere and is not even two years old.

Out of warranty, no fix for it that won't have it ready by the time I actually need it on Thursday. My only choice is to buy a brand new one and take extra good care of it (which I did with this one too, though it had been a bit buggy since the day I got it. Probably should have sucked it up and taken it in to get looked at...)

Last Apple product I ever buy.

Steam says that, but if you're insistent enough they do it. I've had trouble with 3rd party DRM in the past and they just gave me some extra installs once I badgered them enough.

You seem intent on defending Securom for some reason. The bottom line in the end is that I have the damn game on steam and shouldn't need more DRM on top of that, let alone one known to screw peoples computers up. Not to mention the fact if I pay full price for a game I expect to be able to play as much as I want without the need to screw around with people that may or may not help me.

a) I don't like Securom either, I'm not some corporate shill PR douchebag.
b) I'm just trying to help.

Dead island for me...i was so damn excited..but...damn it was so disapointing, good thing about having got it so close to release though is that there was that there was some sort of shortage with the game because the publishers didnt think it would be so popular, so i only ended up spending about 5 euro XD

EDIT: i actually have a worse one, Too Human, bought it for 50 euro, literally took it back the next day and i only got 5 euro back for it...just so rediculous.
Wow i have heard a few people say this and i loved that game, yea the characters were stupid, but it never got old slicing and dicing stuff in interesting ways.

I guess the game i most regretted buying was empire total war because it was a incomplete buggy mess, that they never bothered to fix properly. which in turn made me skip napoleon no matter how many accolades people threw at it. shogun i had to get tho was no debate about that one.

I apologize if I come off as rude. I just feel like it was a waste when I could have just gotten a different game that doesn't have that garbage, or the console version.

I bought a copy of Dragon Age: Origins: Ultimate Edition. It froze 1 hour in, keeps freezing if I have more than 1 character created, and 2 weeks later officialy killed my PS3.

Which is understandable, but the game is probably good enough to outweigh the cons. I mean, I've sunk around 200 hours into the game.

Sniper Elite V2. I was hoping for a sniper game. In the end, I got a shitty WW2 game that always put me in situations where I didn't need/couldn't use my sniper rifle. Bullshit.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
It's probably a good game and all, but it just doesn't work on the PC.
60 dollars I'm never going to see again.
I really hate Ubisofts PC division, it's such a goddamned hit and miss cluster fuck.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 1. Biggest waste of money ever. I got it because I used to be a call of duty quickscoping douchebag...Never again. I did trade it in at EB games and got $40.00 for it though (it was still new). Wasn't a complete waste then really.
