Contrary to the negative threads that often crop up here, I'd like to prove a counterbalance to that on this forum. What has put you into a good mood today? For me, it's when my dentist said, "You have really nice teeth", and after thanking the nice lady, I realised just how lucky I was.

Despite suffering from the triple-whammy of OCD, generalised anxiety disorder, and depression (albeit, they tend to go hand-in-hand anyway), my teeth have always stayed pretty clean, regardless of all the junk food I put them through. There are people at my school who complain about their braces, yet they eat even healthier than me (although I suppose "healthy eating" is subjective).

Getting to sleep in on my day off? Nothing else has happened so it is starting with that, slightly positive note.

Just got a lawyer to help me in a case (I am the accused - rightfully - for an accident with a biker -who got hurt REAL bad)

He told me not to worry and let him do everything... that really took the pressure off. Maybe that will help me with my borderline nervous breakdowns and sleeping problems i've had since the accident.

Now if only that dude wouldn't be so expensive... looks like with the penalties, legal expenses and everything i might lose everything i have at the moment.

I managed to find my copy of Castlevania: circle of the moon on the Game boy advance and as I started playing it, I found that it was as fun as I remembered it. It is not as good as Castlevania: symphony of the night but it is a great game and I am really happy I found it.

Somebody made a thread about theme music and, while I didn't post in there, I was pretty happy when I listened to the theme song to the Gummi Bears cartoon on YouTube:

While in the car, my 3 year old daughter and 4 year old niece decided that we were in a spaceship. We went to the Moon, and walked around. When I sneezed, my daughter said I was allergic to the moon, and we should go to Mars. So we did. And we found funny green martian cows and drank funny green martian cow milk. Then it was off to Jupiter and finally to Saturn before we turned around and got to Earth so we could eat at McDonald's and let them play.
Kids, man. They can be fuckin' amazing sometimes.

That I finally get to leave work.

You see I had to work over time today (because some idiot from head office gave the store 14 pallets of products which we normally get 2-4 pallents)!!!

Not only we had alot of craps to put out in the shopfloor but some important guy who will be visiting the entire stores in the region so the managers and few others were panicking at getting the whole place neat and tidy for tomorrow when he visit.

Needless to say I am exhauted right now and it also the fact I had to put up with the bitchy manager which I already had enough craps to deal with at work (she even had a speech in the morning saying she will now ranked our performances since she fed up with us lacking about on the till and me and co worker were blamed for given out incorect stuff from last week).

Still, I just need to hang in there for a few more weeks then the jokes is on her!

Taking my happy pills. :D

Seriously though, coming home to visit my mother and sister. I was bored the whole trainride, and didn't want to leave my home, but it turns out that it's pretty good to be here too.

I went to my best friend's daughter's kindergarden graduation today. It was a simple thing where the kids sang and got handed a portfolio of their work for the year. It was adorable, and her daughter is drop dead gorgeous. Looks just like her mom, who's also one of the most beautiful women I've ever known.

The girl was so happy and cheerful and she gave me such a tight hug. Made me so happy.

Of course, the rest of it sucked. My best friend's ex, the girls father brought his mother and that woman is a passive aggressive *****. I hate her. Makes snide comments about everything the girl says and insults my friend openly in front of the child. One day I will tear that woman apart one layer at a time.

But the child was happy and beautiful and I love her hugs. And then since it was her dad's day with her my best friend and I went out for sushi, got her air conditioner installed in her window again and then went for a manicure. Well, she had a manicure, I never bother as my nails are strong and healthy.

And now I'm at my parents house and my mom's cooking us supper.

The receiver for my Xbox controller came today, so now I can use it on my computer. My cat jumped on the bed today while I was getting up, and demanded love, for which she returned with purring. She never purs, so that made me happy. The fact that someone made a non-negative thread (This One).

Reminds me of when I quit my shitty job at McDonald's and I handed my 2 week notice to my bitchy boss.

"Oh, do you just need time off? I can give some vacation time."
"No, that's ok. I'll just get the fuck out of here quit"

I guess this put me in a good mood today :D

I was out shopping for stuff for my new loft-apartmen-thing when I fund a set of very large coffee cups with the apature laboratories logo on it and the subtext "a trusted friend in science". Needless to say. I am broke now.

This girl I really like followed me on my personal Twitter account (though this wasn't particularly today). Even though I know it means nothing, it still made me feel good.
