I mellow myself out by turning of all the lights and listening to emotion-inducing music.

Just to calm myself down, I sit down, close my eyes, and make up a world and put the people I know inside it.

Cigarettes calm me. A little. It's negligable but it's there.

I am never relaxed, though. Everything is pretty much guaranteed to fall to pieces the EXACT MOMENT I let my guard down.
Frankly with this in mind I'm not sure why anyone would want to be relaxed at any point ever.

I have to agree with the OT driving does it for me too! It seems no matter how big the problem give me couple of hours behind the wheel with no one in my hair and my favorite tunes on - I'll find a solution. Also doing anything that ends with an orgasm really calms the nerves imo. Yeah I think that's my answer to everything.

It takes me about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to school, depending on how fast I walk/late I am, but it's one of my favorite parts of the day. I just zone out and listen to my ipod; it's a nice chunk of time where I don't really have to think about anything, so I just daydream.

Masturbation. I mean, not to be disgusting or anything, but physiologically and anatomically it is proven to be.

Other then that, playing video games helps. inFamous with its sandbox and CoD4MW1 since I have the slow mo, unlimited ammo, and tire cheats when I shoot someone. there's nothing funnier then when a guy comes around a corner and I pop him before he knows what hit him and he explodes into tires.

Grunge music and alternative music helps me. No matter whats going on
<spoiler=These two songs always make me feel better><youtube=YEvVIgCm1zg><youtube=ODTv9Lt5WYs>
Always make me feel better.

Plus a good old game of street hockey with friends helps. No big huge hit him so he cant get back up and move hits, just some nice shoot and see how much you score. The kinda games that end with 38-31 scores.

I listen to music or beat the shit out of whatever is around me. It is really cathartic to put a hole in dry wall.

Smoke some pot.
Heh, yeah obvious answer :p

It's a tried and proven method though :)
smoking pot while driving hehe while fun it heightens my paranoia.
Rubbing one out does the job, smoking, drinking, playing/listening to music.

Well theirs the tried and true (alcohol.)

But also, loading up a game like Prototype, nicking a tank and then driving down the sidewalk.

God, I was just on that masturbation thread and all I can think about is masturbation. I had pretty much forgotten, then you brought it up.

I really like driving very late at night. Like 2 in the morning. I live in a small city, so theres hardly anyone on the road. Its nice to have it all to myself.

1. Pot (gotta be honest, and when I have a lot of money around)
2. Playing solitare with a deck of cards (resist brainwashing commands to kill) *cookie for ref
3. Talking, about anything.

Going for a walk on my own is great.

If I really need to get off the hook, my ideal comfort zone routine would be to go for a walk in the evening, then read a book.

I want to say choking the shit out of someone that deserves it, but I'd get arrested. Besides that, I have Minecraft, my Xbox, and quiet walks around the apartment complex I live at. The walls around the place coupled with the lack of traffic at night make walking around at night eerily quiet and relaxing.

reading a book on the couch with my cat on my lap and drinking a cup of french vanilla, while listening to my ipod on the speakers right beside me.

Watch rain, listen to the soundtrack from Jurassic Park, or play one of my favorite games not for the sake of finishing them but for the sake of fun.
