What scares you?

I'm scared of mannequins. Not your usual "ooo they're creepy" kinda thing but more of a "I'm not going in that shop"kinda thing =/ makes clothes shoppin' rather difficult *Which is why i like Primark they're only at the window and you just need to run past and you're fine!* I devolop the phobia when I was a kid, not really sure how. I'm sure some Frodian would link it up to something parent related though.


Think the phobia is called Pedeophobia...but that could be the fear of small chilren i always get the names mixed up ^_^

I'm scared of ANOTHER drug-induced trip to hell. I don't think I'm ever touching some of that shit again. One of the worst experiences of my life.

What was that on? Kinda completly off topic but im curious.

Spiders as i've said quite abit. Which is why im NOT touching anything spider related. thank you for the spoilers people. eriously, I edged my way down each page.

Other than that ive got over my fear of heights by jumping off cliffs and climbing without a harness. I cant do the same with spiders though :/

I have a phobia of wasps (apparently it's called spheksaphobia and not vespidaphobia as I so pseudo-latinishly construed, thank you whoever that was), and some acrophobia.

When it comes to real, depth-of-your-soul want-to-cry-in-a-corner scared, it's deep time or, lately, the Sun. Whenever I see a picture of the Sun to scale with other planets, or even better a pic comparing the Sun to the red giant it's going to be in five billion-odd years, I involuntarily start to consider it and it scares me out of my skull. Seriously. Go to Wikipedia, find some pic involving the Sun in a scale comparison of the other planets, and just think about that for a minute. Thoroughly. Seriously, that scares me to the bone.
