Probably the "Tales" series:

-Tales of Phantasia
-Tales of Symphonia
-Tales of Vesperia

And if I ever buy myself that PS2 I've been eying, I'll add Legendia and Abyss (which I've already played) to that mix. Of course, then I'll be buying a lot of games that I've been eying that might end up displacing the Tales games from my top series list.
